Great experience dealing with 77 stone. Chris was a pleasure to work with.We had an issue with our cabinets not being level and they recommended a great affordable contractor to help us ensure that our stone turned out perfect. Lifetime guarantee on my beautiful quartz and highly recommend their company. Will be doing business again in the future
Roxanne and everyone whom we worked with has been amazing. From the gentleman who came and measured to the the installers Larry, Erick, Hector and Jose. Very courteous and professional. Hard workers and very polite. Would recommend.
Both people we spoke to were so nice, knowledge and helpful. We have an appointment for the measurements and possibly install next week if all goes well. We are so excited to be working with them
I just had a beautiful quartz countertop installed in my kitchen by 77 Stone. I purchased my countertops through Lowe’s and 77 Stone is Lowe’s quartz certified installer. The entire experience was top notch starting with Roxanne. She was a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and dependable. The installation crew is very professional and very efficient. Just an overall awesome experience. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Had another great project completed by 77 Stone! As usual, Chuck provided customized personal service for an existing countertop that needed adjusting to accommodate a new refrigerator. The countertop went out on Tuesday and was back on Thursday, all for a reasonable price. Excellent job also by Hector and Jose. Would not use anyone else!
Roxy is just incredibly talented, even though you think you know what patterns might look good, she will show you something better. And does it with class and patience, great customer service! Eddie put together a great staff; installers were professional and fast. Highly recommend
They run a tight ship here! very organized, well priced and extremely friendly. I had some issues with other stone suppliers in el paso. I went to 77 stone and the same day got everything planned out, install date and they even helped me find people to install our new kitchen cabinets. This was by far the easiest company to work with when installing our kitchen countertops. Roxy was in communication with me for the entire project- definitely 5 stars!
I was looking for a specific granite for my master bathroom. Not only did they locate the the granite I wanted, but the vanity, counter top for the custom linen cabinet, and the bench inside the shower all were spectacular and EXACTLY the look Id hoped to achieve. The undermount sink is not only beautiful, it is great to use, and meets all of my needs. Im having the same one put in my 2nd bathroom. Im CERTAIN Ill be just as happy this time. Professional, and personal service. Definitely BELONGS on El Pasos BEST.
Their salesman will tell you that they can do anything you want. But when it comes time to do it, they can’t . Phone calls were not returned, but driving by one day the salesman had time to throw balls to the shop dog. They held the project up for over a month and we wound up driving to Arizona Tile to pick out slabs because they couldn’t supply our original order. My contractor had to call. They said they would call and make an appointment with us to seal the countertop, but they never did.
Ed Puma, the owner of 77 Stone has been a lifesaver! He took the time to help me understand what I needed for my project even though I had already hired someone else unfortunately. He was so patient explaining every detail to me. I only wish I would have hired him first. Its not everyday the Owner of a company will personally make a house call but Ed went out of his way to do so. I cant wait to use 77 Stone on future projects. The level of professionalism and knowledge was extraordinary. 5 STARS all the way!
Enjoy dealing with these awesome people. Roxy is very helpful and attentive, she fully understands the project before offering options. They really help our remodeling business!
77 Stone was recommend by a friend. Id had my kitchen done by another local place ☹ I cant begin to tell you how EXCITED AND HAPPY I am. The counters are beautiful, classy. My daughter loves her bathroom, and my couldnt be more perfect. The service and follow up we delightful, for one of the bathrooms Id no idea what I wanted, I felt no pressure and was given just the right amount of help I needed. I get so many compliments. I wish Id used them for my kitchen. Lovely work!
Thank you Eddie and 77 Stone. For our recent project, we worked with both Cheyenne and Chuck for a bathroom remodel. This is the third time we have used them and once again they did not disappoint. They made the process easy and the installation process went smoothly. The workers were punctual and very clean. The stone looks great and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend 77 Stone for any remodel.
I DEFINITELY wouldnt waste my time or money on these guys. Theyre rude and obnoxious. It all starts at the top with its owner Ed la Puma. This is a person that prices way to high & the material is broken, or just not fabricated the right way u would want it as a home owner & buyer. The vibe is just not good in there. A friend of mine also had to cancel on these guys. Were talking about a so called man who CHEATS on his wife. Smh. We are not the only ones we found out. So we did research. Found out hes also bid on big jobs such as in supplying counter tops for hotels but lost the the job on site because product was no good & had chips all over. Spend yr money else where.
Went looking for a countertop for my kitchen island and they were so nice and professional from beginning to end. Great advice and ideas. THANKYOU SO MUCH 77 STONE, MY KITCHEN LOOKS AMAZING!!!!!!
77stone just isnt reliable. Material is cracked, overpriced, & isnt on time. When yr there, it seems all they want is yr money. The vibe just doesnt feel rite. Yes I definitely wouldnt negotiate with its owner ed la puma, hes not trust worthy.
I highly recommend using 77 Stone for a new build or remodel. Great selection, fair prices, and excellent customer service.Once again I used 77 Stone this time for a small project! I still received the very best in customer service! It doesnt matter how big or how small of a project you will get the same incredible service.
After being strung along by one stone company for three days and another for two days, 77 Stone was able to send repairmen the same afternoon I called them. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Jesus, Manny and the rest of the 77 Stone team for your prompt and professional service.
Mañana Stone should be their name.Good selection of product but really poor logistics. Took over 70 days since order and payment before the slabs even arrive. Part of that is sitting on the order for almost 30 days. If you have a project with Mañana Stone, assume you won’t get your counters in on time. Just plan ahead...or better yet, go to Phoenix for your stone. Likely will save time and probably won’t cost you more.
We purchased and paid for a countertop through Lowe’s. Initial choice and order was placed in late May (20-24 May timeframe). After we paid in full we were contacted by Lorraine from 77 Stone. Initially I was impressed. She called before her appointment and showed up on time. Then things turned. Lorraine WIIL NOT answer or return a phone call. She never returned a call to either me or my wife. Texting is the only way she will reply. If you’re lucky enough to get a return text, she will try to delay any and all future appointments. (Please keep in mind you’ve already paid in full). Delay after delay. Once I contemplated canceling the order things started moving. Horrible way to conduct business. We paid in full (after a week of texting Lorraine for the details) on 5 June. Product arrived at the shop for approval 19 June. We were unsuccessful at getting Lorraine to return a call for the entire week. Lorraine asked to delay approval for another week, we refused. More delays. After not hearing from Lorraine we asked for our money back through Lowe’s. Only then did we become a priority. The install was completed 28 June. The install team was probably the only portion of the experience I would ask for again. They were punctual and worked efficiently.Bottom line: Sales and management horrible. Install team professional.
