I asked the butcher how much a pound of meat was, he told me $3, so I asked for 4 pounds. After receiving the 4 pounds of meat, I went to the register where the man at the counter wasn’t communicating with me and asked for my card to pay. I left, and when I got to my car I looked at the receipt and realized that I was charged $50 instead of $12. I went back inside and explained to the cashier that the butcher in the back of the store told me it would be just $3 for a pound and he just told me it was $10 a pound. Even then that math isn’t adding up? I got 4 pounds and paid $50? Including a fee for using my credit card. Anyway, I told the cashier that I didn’t want the meat anymore and I wanted to return it (after feeling overcharged and taken advantage of). He said to leave the 4lbs of meat that I just purchased at the deli and to come back AFTER 7pm for a refund. This makes no sense. How does someone leave the meat at the store and have to come back for a refund? Super unprofessional business. I rather dispute this with my bank than to see this place ever again. Go here only if you want to be told wrong prices, deal with rude employees, and get charged for stuff you don’t know about.

Great place, always good quality meat without a doubt. They also have other groceries and produce too. Not a whole lot of inventory but youll surely find what you need at a good price too. Avocados are always perfect here too, big and just right, worth the buy.

Sorry not sorry, my family has been a frequent shopper at your meat market store for YEARS! I went in the other day for some groceries and an employee and some customers werent wearing their mask. I hope that this issue is fixed and enforced. El paso is one of the cities for having high covid-19 cases. This is NOT to be taken lightly. Till then you have lost a customer.

Wow these guys offer a lot just like the bodegas back home, but the served/cooked food puts this place above and beyond others in this city. You think of it as a little grocery store upon entering, but when you taste the food that they prepare you fall in love and quickly feel as if you are in a 5 star restaurant. Try their brisket its the bet in town also check the served food menu as you walk in because I have yet to be disappointed in anything that Ive ordered so far, this is coming from an individual who doesnt even like south west/Mexican food that much.

Excellent customer service. I had a special request and they went out of their way to find what I wanted, and had my order READY ASAP. Id tried several other meat markets, and none bothered to even try. I will definitely be back!!

Failed miserably today with the menudo. The taste was good but the meat was disgusting! It was scraps of outer skin only. So disgusted with it!

That meat market on titanic never opens at the time they have it on line.... Why. Why is the owner in titanic so lazy... At least he should open at 9.

The marinade for the steaks is very good but the meat quality is very very low. Most of the steak is fat is maybe 1/4 in thick.

Terrible customer service if you are any other ethnic group then who works there. If they dont have something you are looking for they will go talk in there native language about it to the other people that they work with and start laughing about it. Definitely dont go here very rude and unprofessional.

Its a Good small one Market Story, with a class to buy Groceries and eat meals in one. Its better than eating at any Fast food chain.

I am sorry for those of you gringos who gave this poor reviews. Im from Minnesota, and yes, we are Minnesota nice, but with a little Spanish, they were incredibly thoughtful and helpful.
