Found a tile I liked. When I was about to place an order, the sales associate told me its out of stock. Why keep out of stock items on display in the store. Anyways, after a couple weeks, it was back in stock. Took a couple weeks for the order to arrive in the store and when I went to pick it up, it was the wrong tile. After one more week, went again and the right tile was finally delivered. Unfortunately, found out a couple of the tiles were missing pieces. I think I have driven to the store atleast 4 times. . . so I accepted the tiles as is. The people at the store are nice but my experience was very tiresome.

Bad customer service!!!The woman at the counter offered no assistance and acted very arrogant ( relax, your not the company CEO). Bought some decorative rock but realized they gave us the wrong one. We brought it up to our contractor who then contacted Richard at Emser. While on speaker phone, he told my contractor that I could return it with no charges or any issues. When I got there, I spoke to Richard who told me that the conversation never took place and that I was now going to be charged a restocking fee. I was then told that my refund check would take 6-9 weeks to receive and would be going to my contractor not to me since we used his account. I questioned as to why since I paid cash and he stated that was the policy. Funny, the return policy was never explained to me. (probably because the female cashier was having a difficult time keeping the stick in place).This all took place the second week of December and here I am at the end of April and nothing has been sent to me or the contractor. My contractor has called but they keep giving him the run around. Avoid this place at all cost. If you need decorative stone go to EF Building Materials. A little bit more friendly and are willing to work with your budget.

Great experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They let us take a sample tile to match with other pieces of the kitchen project and were very patient with the multiple return trips it took to find the right color and pattern. Prices were very reasonable (lookin at you big box hardware store down the street) and good selection. Tile, thinset, and grout were delivered promptly and courteously. Couldnt ask for better.

Let us shop at our own pace. After we decided what we wanted, they were very helpful in showing us the other things we needed. They have a very large selection of tile.

Great tile, horrible customer service. We have gone on four separate occasions, not once were we greeted, or told we will be right with you, how can I help you, it was just, look on that wall or no. We are not big spenders but we were returning clients, when we paid for the order the woman didnt even say Thank You. Handed me a receipt and scoffed the arrival time and date. We were given the wrong tile on pick up. Two gentlemen were polite yet, however, and I apologize the woman acted very conceited.

Horrible customer service, if you had nicer people working for you, your business would flourish. Took my 4k elsewhere. Dont recommend this place to nobody.
