Horrible experience. Decided to give this place a second chance and they still placed extra parts on the car yet again without letting the customer know. Tried to explain to the front and their manager about the situation but was met with constant interruptions and disrespectful assumptions. Do not come here for any type of service to your car.

I took my car for tire swap after my tire pressure sensors stopped working. Told the manager and he said that he didnt know, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Happened on alameda by socorro high. Went to a different location and they said the two rear sensors don’t work the same ones i replaced tires. Going to civil.m court to file law suit on the amount to fix the issue

Excellent service, great staff, great prices

The girls working indoors are rude and dont pay much attention to clients. Guys outside work hard but theres some miscommunication. At least that was the issue when I went. Not sure if Id go back for their business. At least not me.

Worst place to take your vehicle! Took my truck at 8am for a wheel alignment and to install the flood and rock lights. They called me 5 times about the lights and called me at 4pm that the alignment was done but to keep the truck over night to install the lights. The first time I took it there the manager said he scheduled an appointment and when I went they didn’t have my appointment at 8am for a wheel alignment so I left it there with them, they told me there’s 2 vehicles are ahead of me. They called saying my vehicle was ready at 5. Once I showed up they kept me there till 7pm, all the staff left except 2 of them and took them 11 hours to do a single wheel alignment. That same day the alignment was off again as soon as I drove off!

JOB WELL DONE. EMPLOYEES VERY COURTEOUS. WILL BE GOING BACK.ASK FOR MICHAEL HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS.

They are super nice and go out of their way to sell you tires and warranty but when you go back to use the warranty for a flat or replacement they are mad and dont care about you treat you and make you feel like your begging them for something even though you paid for all those warrantees.

I attempted to write my issue in detail but apparently its was too long. So long story short a 6 lift, tires and a 3 hour service will take 6 days and thats after calling them everyday to see whats going on. If you want your vehicle taken to another location with no notification whatsoever and if you want your intelligence to be offended by their reasons of why its taking so long, well this is your place. Im really disappointed with this location. I understand things happen but these guys really pushed it. If you do go I hope you have a better experience. Front desk personnel are outstanding but their leadership is not so much. Granted they gave me a discount in which I attempted to refuse to accept for the 3 hour service. All they need to do is be more honest about whats going on with the vehicle instead of telling me its almost done and will be done shortly.

Service at the front desk is great however after that better have a day off! Two vehicles in front of mine still waited for four hours and they were not able to get to my truck! Left before I had to wait another two hours

Customer service is mediocre. The guy that initially helped me when I dropped off the car refused to speak to me directly as soon as I picked up the car just because there was another guy already helping me although the same second guy was unsure of what my car needed. I asked the first guy what my car needed and he kept speaking to the second guy in Spanish to tell me what was going on, assuming I dont speak Spanish. They did the alignment as requested successfully and included a report. However, the staff here recommended work on the car including rotors on both sides of car and a left cv shaft. I took my car to my mechanic afterwards and was informed it required no such work. Very unprofessional and dishonest technicians.

Very disappointed went in to inquire about a service made an appointment for the following day came in let them know I was there for appointment, after 45 min my truck still parked where I left it ask the girl at the counter whats going on I need it to be done before a certain time i have another appointment shes like lost shows no sense of concern very unprofessional she doesnt even go and check she asked this girl and shes like yeah it will be done before 2..... 1:35 my Truck hasnt moved Im like Im out give me my keys no apology no nothing what a waste of time! Why make appointments if you cant meet them.

It took them an hour to change one tired, only one car before us, 4 guys working on one car.

Had an appointment for 2:30 p.m waited for 30 minutes and I was called to pay but I was about to be given the wrong car keys. My car was not even inside so I waited for more than an hour for just balancing and an appointment previously made. Not a good experience at all.

Their work is k. But if you dont have another car or truck get ready to pack some lunch & drinks because itll practically take them all day to finish working on your car.

Awesome service. Since we got there Valentino helped us out and provided options to help us out. Everyone was so attentive and answered all our questions. The first time I decided to buy wheels I went to dirt logic and I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. So I was nervous to try another place but I am so glad I did ! Everyone here was super helpful and assured me I would not have the same experience that I had. I have already gone back twice and will continue to use this as my new place. The times I have gotten work on my truck I have had it back within the same day or day and a half. They do great work and are very professional . Thank you all

Came in for new rims yesterday... waited 4 hours for my car to be ready not to mention I had to call to check on it otherwise who knows how much longer I would’ve waited. Had to come back again today because my car was shaking. Turns out the have to put more stuff on it because the rims weren’t sitting appropriately & what they had to say was “we didn’t think your car would need it...” been waiting another 3 hours and counting. I get services aren’t quick but when you have people come back simply because you were supposed to order the parts from other locations and chose not to... that’s just inconsiderate for my time. LAST TIME I’ll bring my vehicle here.

Worst place you can go to to get a car alignment bad customer service manager on 07/07/2020 was very rude the guy they had mess up on my alignment was pulling to the right. Was planing on returning for tires but not anymore.

Horrible. Took my truck out without letting me know..ny truck was there for a week . When they said it would take 7 hrs.

Went for a quote were the mechanic said it was an alignment issue n had to buy like $600 worth of parts... Went to a other mecahnic witch was nothing to do with my alignment part cost me $25. Dont trust them right away always go an n get a second opinion ... Hate when mecahnics see u riding in a nice vechicle and u present ur self good they assum u made of money an try n take advantage of u.

Took all 4 24in rims to the horizon location... met a real cool dude (Freddy), who took real gud care of me.. my rims look brand new. Very good job.. i highly recommend Oasis. Ask for freddy he legit.. thanx fellas

Took my car to get an alignment, got a call back that my car was ready to pick up. I got there and my car wasnt there. one of the employees took my car for a joyride, took him 20 minutes to come back, they were supposed to do more work to it but was furious and just left as soon as he brought my car back.

Over priced !!! I paid 2600 for some rims and tires when I realized that in another place the same exact set was cheaper and online as well . Ahh k Coraje que le vean la cara de Pendeja a uno!!! Paid around 700 dlls more at Oasis and supposedly the guy told me i was getting a discount to fit my budget. Instead they took advantage and charged me more. Mendigos Abusones!!!! Honestly stay away from this place and do your research first.🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

They last a lot to get rid of a tire and pylon change the plugs for what they want, the treatment is the worst.I do not recommend them at all.
