DO NOT USE FIRESTONE!!! they will nickel and dime you, fix one problem and create another to ensure business. They didn’t even bother to install all the brackets back on to my mother in laws car. Government agencies aren’t even supposed to use them!

I’m never one to write a review but dang this place needs help. They seemed overwhelmed. I dropped off my car @8am to replace 1 tire, they said it would take 3 hrs so I made an appointment for 1 and they told me 1 -11/2 hrs I said ok I come back at 5 to find out they haven’t even started. Manager and Charlie there were very rude and unhelpful. I came into the store to exchange a tire and they tried to rush me out of the store quickly and said to return to the other location I had bought the tire from. That the store I bought the tire from should be the ones to help me not them. They right away said they didn’t have the tire I needed. They checked on the computer and said lee Trevino location had it and said they couldn’t do anything. Went to the lee Trevino and they said they didn’t have the tire. So I was lied to. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Worst experience ever. Save your time and just damage your own vehicle and flush your cash down the toilet. Vehicle was running fine before Firestone, now I’m stranded out of town and Firestone has yet to help.

Ive been going to the different locations of Firestone around el paso for years and never disappoint. Charlie is such an amazing person, he explained everything pretty good and they did everything they could for my truck to be running good again

The staff is nice enough but dont expect much in the way of speed and consistency. Even if you set an appointment beforehand your car will not be looked at until they feel like getting around to it. Appointments are meaningless, just bring the car in and be prepared to wait a day or two for any sort of service.

Took my vehicle in for squeaky brakes. Was told I needed rotors and brakes. After they were supposedly replaced, my brakes continued to squeak. I decided to take my vehicle to a different place and they informed me I needed new brakes. I explained to them I just received new rear brakes and rotors. They responded with thats impossible, these are the original brakes. They still have the manufactors emblem on them. I asked to see for my self and sure enough, they were the original brakes. I was charged for brakes and rotors and neither were replaced.

Service was great from the start, however, i happened to stop at a different location (due to scheduling conflicts) and it was revealed that the alignment that I had requested with my new tire purchase was never done. A report was shown to me and was told that i didnt even need to do the alignment because it was good and was sold the alignment check as an alignment service. Not happy with that deception.

I had the most wonderful experience with the staff here- they were kind and fed me cookies☆ trustworthy staff and genuinely wonderful people; i only saw smiles on customers in and out the shop- Ill never go anywhere else. Went for a transmission flush and a day and a half later, nothing. They said they didn’t have the right tools then they wanted to charge over $1000 to fix a/c and transmission. They only know tires. When I picked up my truck and took it else where they did the job in lass than 30 min.

The good reviews on Google must have been posted by staff and their families. Because this fire stone location is totally incompetent they do not know what they are doing. My wife went in to get her brakes checked and her car totally messed up and they refused to fix it. If you want to be treated with respect and like you matter do not go to this place Luis the manager is a very bad manager.

I have been coming to this Firestone for many years. The reason why I keep coming back is because of the excellent customer service. As a woman/single mom I always worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to getting my vehicles repaired. The gentlemen that work here have always been honest. Their work ethic and integrity makes me feel comfortable coming to this location. I highly recommend this Firestone location to everyone. Please excuse the long wait time for they are short staff because of Covid but they will take care of you.

Went to Firestone for years and i have a lot of cars but they charged me 50 dollars labor to change out a headlight bulb during an inspection. So I thought if they rip me off that bad on a light bulb. How overpriced is my tire quote. I ended up saving over 200 dollars at discount tire so far and I still have 2 cars to go. Hope that 50.00 goes far Firestone you lost at least 1600.00 on that deal this month alone and I called my dad and told him how much I saved he spends more on his cars at Firestone than I did.

Came in for wheel alignment. It is done with the laser machine so is very accurate. Very professional and friendly staff

Dropped my car off to get checked and they took a whole week to “check” it. The problem ended up being exactly what I told them it was. They wanted to charge me almost $800 for a job that would run me $200 at home. They charged me $100 for a diagnostic. They emptied my gas tank during their “diagnostic” so I got my car back with no gas, they never called to check in and when I would call, they would say they’d call the next day and I still wouldn’t hear anything from them. Very unsatisfied visit, I expected more and I thought they were unprofessional.

I was back to Firestone due to a life high school friend that recommended Firestone, l used to buy tires there 20 or more years ago, l was attended by a gentlemen name Fernie, that he is an excellent person, he treat you like family and help you in any way possible, they are professional and honest, they check all inspections in my vehicle, of course they have to change you a little bit for the many inspections that they do, but do to that they can even save your life, they do not tried to make profit from you like the dealership and cheap shops, be careful where you take your vehicle to fix, l am going to change from other dealership and cheap shops to Firestone that provide me a great service that l did not expected. Took my truck in to get my tire patched under their warranty, I specifically told them the nail was on the drivers side rear tire. I come back to pick it up and the guy said the nail didn’t go all the way trough and it was all good to go, and I told him it did but he said they pulled it out and it was all good. So I went to leave and I checked for myself. NAIL WAS STILL IN THE TIRE!!!!! I went back in and told him to fix it and showed him where it was. Oh yeah not to mention I brought the truck in at noon and was told it’d take 2 hrs, I went back to work, came ack at 5 and still was in the shop. Get it together please and stop trying to screw over your customers!!

Charlie the service adviser at Firestone is a very please, nice & professional gentleman. Luis is too the other service advisor. I needed my door regular on my passenger front side fixed for my 2005 Jeep Liberty. I had to wait about 2 1/2 hours because the mechanic that does that was not in yet but it was worth the wait. They also checked my tires & rack & pinion. My Jeep is doing good. Window regulator working again. So glad to get all scotch tape off it too. Thanks again Firestone. Ill be returning for my next oil change or when I need my Jeep repaired. I gave it a 5 stars because I was treated fairly even though I had to wait to get the door regulator repaired. The store is very clean too. 🙂👍

Luis and this Firestone is amazing! I went in for a routine oil change, fluid check, and I also expressed a very large complaint about one of their products. Luis saw that I purchased select products at another location, shared it was under warranty, and he would make sure time and detail was given to my complaint. He left me feeling great for acknowledging my situation but more importantly he fixed my issue! It was an issue I tried to take care of 2 other times at the original purchase location. I gave up trying to resolve it, believing their brakes were low quality. I was wrong. I cant say enough about Luis and the techs there. Their brakes really work and I enjoy driving my vehicle again! I will be recommending this store and the brakes installed in my vehicle to my inner and outer circle. Thank you Firestone and Luis! 5 Stars!!!

Visited the location for a standard oil change, extra stuff is included, like tire rotation. The staff was really nice and helpful. Everything was clean and due to covid 19 they had new procedures to keep themselves and us safe. The waiting area was clean and fresh.The person who helped us was nice and knowledgeable, even gave my mom recommendations on purchasing new tires, even If Firestone wasnt her best option he just really cared for her best interest.

I visited Firestone a few times because they were conveniently located around the corner from my house. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable about tires or repairs I inquired about however the extremely high prices for everything was a major turn off...especially since I could price parts directly from Autozone where the majority of their parts are ordered from and could see the mark up first hand.

Made an appointment the day prior for an alignment at 1pm. Brought the truck in at 12:45 and left it there. Called at 3:30 and was informed it was next in line and would be done in 30min. We arrived at 4pm and they hadent even started. Once they got it on the light they determined they couldnt perform the alignment due to corrosion and that they closed soon so they couldnt do it. Waste of my time. Never going to firestone again. Have had issues with other branches as well.

No sense of customer service, I did a phone appointment on friday for monday at 2pm to check the AC on my car, they had me waiting on the front for 15 minutes. The front desk guy was rude telling me there was a lot of job on the back and they werent avalable to check ACs at the moment

Ive been sitting in this cold center since 8:00 a.m. It is now 1:13 p.m. (*EDIT IT IS 2 P.M. AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY VEHICLE*) I came in for a repair from a nail in my tire. The gentleman at the front told me upon arrival it would be about 3 or 4 hours, and they are understaffed because of a move to a new location. Fine, I dont have a transportation alternative so I decided to wait. However, I noticed my car hasnt even been moved into the shop. I go to the counter to ask the woman for a more accurate estimated time of completion and she was shocked to see on file that it was for a flat tire repair. She goes to talk to someone in the back and tells me that their appointments got pushed back and my vehicle would not be done until 5 p.m. I am beyond livid. I told her I have to go pick up my daughter at 3 p.m. to which she informed me that my car was going to be moved in next after the current job. Wish I wouldve spoken up sooner. Tried to be gracious and understanding in the fact that they are understaffed but I feel totally and completely disregarded as a customer and I have essentially wasted my day. If my tire wasnt so flat and dangerous to drive I would seriously just drive away. I will not be returning to this Firestone location.*UPDATE*I got my truck back at 2:32p and 3 weeks later it STILL has a leak. Also realized they failed to put tire cap back on after repair. Firestone on Mesa is way better

Today May 24,2020 I went to the firestone on Pebble Hills in El Paso Texas, I guess the main person in charge came out and asked what I needed and I told him my 4 tires were loosing pressure he said if I could leave the car, this was 12:30 and I go well can I wait and he said it will be around 3:30 when I will be able to see your car if you don’t leave it what would have been the difference if I would have stayed or left the car, as I walk out service people were just standing around outside, I see why it would be untill 3:30 they work when they are ready to work, so I left went to tire club in less than 45 minutes they checked all my tires changed all 4 valves at no charge, taking about customer service and they had vehicles they were working on. You can tell the difference when you are treated with great customer service and when you are brushed ofg

If you stop for a flat tire fix they would say to leave it till the end of the day because theyre so busy, but if youre buying a new tire they would give you service right away, how can you trust this company? They are always trying to make more money out of you. A simple flat tire fix is not enough business for them, so sad.

This happened back in July. Took my car in for service. My appointment was at 10 am. Dropped my car off and they told me I would be called when they see what needed to be done. Didnt get a call until 4 in the afternoon with the things that needed to be done. I told them to go ahead and do them. Got a call back 30 minutes later saying they werent going to be able to complete the work. Even the woman on the phone was wondering why it took so long for them to get back to me since my car was there since 10. Horrible time management. Sent an email to the official website and have yet to hear from anyone.

Second time here. Figured first experience was an anomaly. WRONG! Dont bother making an appointment because they dont get started on time. I spent a total of 4 hours between the two visits- for an oil change. They might do good work, but there is no sense of urgency. They were not busy during either of my visits. If you have about 2 hours to waste, this is the place for you. If your time is important, go elsewhere!

This place is a rip-off. They try their best t squeeze your money out of your pocket. I had purchased a car battery from autozone less than 6 months ago, and they tried to suggest I buy a 150 dollar one because they suggested it didn’t have much life left it in. Just a heads up, be careful.

Went in last week around 11am. Asked for oil change, air filter, cabin filter. Guy at register who took his sweet time as if I needed water and he was the fountain of youth, quoted me 150 Dollars and would be ready at 6pm.. Went down street 100 dollars less then 1 hour wait time.

Went there to get my car inspected and was told itll take 2 hours. Came back 3hours later and was told it was 5minutes from being done but they havent even started yet. Waited more than 1hour for them to finish. They have no importance of peoples time! Bad service.

Hi everyone, I never really took time to write any reviews but I will this time, I went on post to the firestone place to get my Texas state inspection done it was a long wait about 1.5 hours at least so o decided go to this place at pebble hills at the end of the end its the same brand, I got there turn my car keys in and the guy said it would take 45 mins, well I sat and waited they call my name and said the car was ready so I paid and left they gave me my car keys with my mail key missing from it, its a one ring very sturdy chain there is no possibility of it falling off, they took it, in other words they STOLE the key, mind you that this place has my address and all my personal information with them, perhaps its nothing but why anyone would need my mail key? Well Im not sure but they were extremely aggressive when I confronted it and asked about it they didnt even want to call the manager, I got so scare I went to the police to file a report and I will be going with the police to check on the security tapes, its odd that someone would steel a mail key if its not with some type of intention. Please please please dont and I repeat DONT go here because this people are just the most aggressive men and absolutely do not care if they are able to steal something so trivial but personal its not a good sign Specially if they know where you live by the address you give of course.

Ive been taking my car there to get oil changes and I had no complaints but I just took it in today for a tire rotation and Im really upset. My rear tires are wearing out do to a suspension problem so I wanted to get my tires rotated in the meantime. I took it in and was told the rotation was done but it wasnt! I checked my tires before and after and realized they were on the same location. This is really frustrating and a waste of my time. It makes me wonder whether they always do this!😔 I wont go back to this Firestone.

They always answer their phones unlike the previous ratings, they produce great services. They also discount me on certain services or items, they complete the jobs asked of them in a timely manner and I had no issues as of yet. Recommend this location ahead of any other.

Warning! I was a long time customer at this location, I would say for 3 years I would take my car into Charlie to get my oil change done by his guys. I have to be honest with everyone. My iPhone was stolen from my car. I left it in there because it was my spare phone from a prodivder I had just switched from, (it was not activated under any service) and I THOUGHT I could trust the place I’ve been giving my business to for years. Not only that but the day after my oil change my car engine started shaking badly, when I took it to get checked I was advised the filter that was used in my oil change was completely off on seize, also what was worse is that when I went back to firestone to speak to Charlie about my phone and filter he defended his employees saying his guys had been with hm for years. Basically brushed me off. I am now working with a new and HONEST location. With staff that are not thief’s !

Always receive excellent service in this place. Might be a little pricey but its worth the service and they give warranty for their work. I have had service done on my vehicles numerous time with no charge because of the warranty.

Failed state inspection for brake lights inop. Was told looks to be more than bulbs so $49.99 to check Stopped by OReilys paid $10 and I changed my brake bulbs in under 5 minutes. All working, took video in case and returned.Manager apologized said it shouldnt have happened like that. What about those who are unsuspecting and get fleeced? I imagine had I said yes it was to be $70 minimum for 5 minutes of work.Their motto is a quote from Mr. Firestone I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business Either practice that motto or take it down!

I decided to give this place another shot, spoke to Charlie whom seemed to be knowledgeable and told him I needed 4 new tires for my car. I told him I also have the lifetime alignment service I purchased several years ago to also make sure that gets done. We took the car Sat. at 11am and was told the car would be ready on Sunday. I didnt know they where open Sundays which I said ahh ok sure no problem. Well it was almost 3pm Sunday and still hadnt received a call so I called and spoke to Danny, Charlie had mentioned to me he would be the manager on duty on Sunday. So he answers my call gave him my name and said it would be 20 minutes and I said what 20 minutes yall had my car for a day and half now and then he said its for an oil change right? I got so upset and said no, 4 NEW TIRES I said. He put me on hold and he told me to give him 30 minutes I was so upset they kept my car for almost 2 days and they where bearly going to work on it. So I gave them 30 minutes the car was ready but he didnt do the alignment. When I asked him for the schematic paper where it shows the alignment numbers he didnt have it. So he took the car for another 40 minutes. I ended leaving at past 5. There where other customers there that looked very upset also. But the bigger thing Im not going to post because I will call cooperate to let them know. The Montana location is a lot better then pebble hills location. You will wait and wait n wait for ever and its management not the mechanics.

Made an appointment for 8am oil change and car sat there for hours in their parking lot. Asked the store manager at the cashier how much longer and he says it is almost done, the technician is wrapping things up, I point out to him that how is it possible when car has yet to leave where I parked it. They charged me an exorbitant amount of money and come to find out that oil filter and oil was never changed after the fact that my vehicle engine started making an ugly sound. Took it to another shop and they fixed the problem. Will never return to this Firestone Complete AutoCare

These are con artist. I called asking to see how much for A/C to be recharged when i know that problem is they shop i had my motor repaired didnt sell R12 Freon. The girl then quoted me over a grand to have the whole system replaced because R12 is illegal to use. Called the next shop and had it done for $150. Dont go here. RIP OFF!!!
