This store is technically an outlet location for Lucchese, unlike the standard retail stores youll find in other parts of the U.S., such as Santa Fe or San Antonio. Consequently, this location leans heavily toward footwear, and youll find hundreds of boots from which to choose, as well as some shirts and jackets. There are also a few accessories available, such as belts and boot bags. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions about the merchandise. Its a good place to stop if youre in the area, or have a little extra time before catching a flight at the airport, which is just a few minutes away.

Ask around and you’ll see this is the best boot maker in El Paso. I buy all my boots here and I have for years. The boots are well made and comfortable and that last forever. Yes you will pay a pretty penny but you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t think of buying boots anywhere else.

True outlet for great boots!

Some of the most beautiful boots EVER. some are still very expensive even at discount prices. But there ar good buys, and the boots are exquisite. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend!

Only affordable place to buy Lucchese boots, my wife and I travel from Colorado specifically to shop at this store. Frank, Stacie and Juan do a superb job taking care of you. They make the whole experience extremely enjoyable.

Best boots in the US .. the Lucchese teams at the El Paso store locations are absolutely amazing, customer oriented and value every interaction. Had great customer service from Stacy in connection with a change in my selected boot size. She was prompt, efficient, courteous, and followed up on her own initiative. I hope that the El Paso management team (including her manager, Carlos) takes note of her responsiveness and great attitude, something I run into only on rare occasions.

I have to shop here on any El Paso trip you never know what you will find at this factory outlet, I got a lizard boots for 200.00! It was on sale.Black pointed toe. I have 3 other pairs for hear. Its the only place I go.
