Going back to school after 30 years, and online, personally was a wonderful experience. Some teachers, teach, others just leave you alone to teach yourself! I enjoyed it either way.

Everyone is friendly, it is a good place to study. Everytime its clean:DTheres a Subway, so you can do almost everything there ;)

Fast service and veteran friendly. If I call I get to speak to a person and they are always there to help meaning no back In an hour signs when you need to hurry and get a book.

Ordered 2 books paid $19 per book for 1 business day shipping i did not receive my books till 3 days later. The whole reason why I bought them online was to avoid a long drive and to avoid going out due to covid. Kept calling the phone number provided when i placed the order no one answered. Finally got ahold of someone and she was extremely rude and said she couldnt do anything I would have to come to the store to get a refund on my shipping since I clearly was ripped off.EDITreceived the wrong book had to drive an hour to return it so the girl with low pony tail can tell me I CANNOT come into the store and she was arguing with me about me trying to return a book that was 160. I ordered this book on a Monday paid for the ONE DAY shipping I didnt get it until Friday. Friday the 28yh was the dead line for me to return the book mind you I didnt get it till Friday at 5pm almost 6. I emailed them Noone ever emailed me back. She talked to her manager and she said they are only authorizing a return because the email I sent a message to was not working. They also DID NOT return my money for $19 shipping ducking ridiculous I was pretty much ripped off $40 for shipping. She was rude and said she needed a break after this unless POS.

The bookstore staff is always extremely helpful. Perfect spot to get snacks in-between classes. Always fast as if they know we are always running late😉

The faculty and staff at EPCC are extremely stuck up and rude. They arent very helpful, courteous or even welcoming with guests walking in to their facility. Just imagine how they treat their customers (students)?The only way Ill step in to that facility is if I have to other than that I will never recommend this school to anyone and in addition, I will not go back myself.

Its an okay place. Honestly I only came here for snacks but my friends never had trouble here. Stuff can be expensive here so compare prices to vending machines on campus, but otherwise you can find good protein snacks about as well as regular junk food. Good place in case you dont want to eat subway all the time.

I go to the book store almost everyday. So I am use to it. It have food and drinks along with textbooks you need for classes. It also have some shirts and backpacks. The school necessities.

My daughter has received alot of support n help from the disability center counselor and staff. I appreciate it!!

EPCC is an excellent place to start your education!!

Frauds. They say they price match but they dont unless you find one with the exact number they have which is custom for them. Will never buy from there. More expensive than anywhere else.
