Love this place... Granted the gentlemen who is normally there is very rude. But, the staff is amazing and the woman behind the counter today was very helpful. And actually said hello and goodbye. Gotta love how they carry the Valentino and Young Nail products. And the little things we all need as a professional. Thanks SK!

I would always buy my nail supplies here but the owner sold me this and i didnt notice until i got home i came back and he said he doesnt sell the stuff like this so stupid never buying here again!top coat is so dry

Wish I hadnt come in because I want to buy soooo many things now. Im a quarantine nail artist who is learning how to do nails from home. I just want to do my own nails, dont want to do them for a living. The staff was super friendly, helpful and had great suggestions for a non-professional, beginner like myself. Didnt try to oversell me items that were way too advanced for me and the prices were competitive. Are they cheaper than Ebay or Amazon? No. But Id rather pay a few extra dollars for the expert advice that comes with my purchase and for the peace of mind that the products I bought are legit. Im also glad they dont take returns because who wants to buy returned items that are no longer sealed? Everything was sealed so nothing was tampered with, watered down and/or substituted with MMA. I cant wait to go back.

Good products good customer service

I like this store very much. Some things cost too much for my budget but overall very good.

They have a variety of items to choose from which is great. Owners are not very friendly and once it leaves the store no returns or exchanges. Could improve on being kind and understanding. So you better be sure what you buy is what you want. Floor customer service is excellent. Very attentive and friendly. Supplies do seem to be in good condition. They did have clearance on old nail tips that were supposed to be white but so old they were yellow, dingy yellow. If they were nicer maybe stars would be higher. My go to store right now due to location and until I search around and find nicer customer service. Even shopping online returns and exchanges are acceptable. I wish this store was like that. ☹

I went in today... biggest mistake was rushing out of the store once I paid for my items. I bought $45.38 worth of stuff. I paid the usual cashier( the older Asian man) $60. I left the store thinking he gave me the correct change. When I got home, I checked my wallet and only had $4.62. I called them and they said that would NEVER happen. And because I didnt grab a receipt and paid with cash, Im basically S.O.L. Im a regular customer and am on a budget when it comes to miscellaneous things I want to buy during the month. I know its only $10, but theres no reason the man shouldve been rude on the phone. I guess I have to stick to Amazon Prime from now on.

I walked in and made my way around the gaggle of customers partially blocking the door at the cash register. I went towards the back, away from the ruckus and within seconds, the man at the cash register shouts for the employee working the floor to go to the back where I was headed. The urgency in his voice made me feel weird but initially I ignored it. Fortunately, the employee was chill. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. She helped someone else in the area before coming to me. I understand people tend to steal so they have to monitor their stores more than the regular shop owner (I guess) but the way he went about it was too much. He could’ve just let her make her way to me naturally. I’m used to being followed around in hair supply stores as a new face. I just rather not feel targeted. Like “hey that specific woman looks suspicious, watch her.” I started to get stuff but that nagging discomfort made me put everything back and leave.

Prices are a bit expensive to be downtown. Inventory is ok, have gone to find some specific colors of gels and they never have. Staff is not nice if you are just walking around, but if they see you with many stuff they do help you. Sometimes we have no idea what to buy, this made me not come back.

I called to see if they had some ítems (odorless monomer) and the lady that Answer, super rude told me she didnt have the time she was really busy to check, if I wanted to know I should go to the store and check, I was like thank you so much for your help :/

This place has a great variety of beauty supplies. I used to love this store until they sold me a rotten box of hair for my extensions. I purchased a high quality brand of hair. Elegante to be exact. The hair turned dry, matted and shedded with in days. I called to complain and the owner was extremely rude and ugly, even hung up on me. Im guessing his products are old and aged but the worse part they treat their customers horribly! I DO NOT BUY YOUR HAIR HERE!!!

The man and women working there were rude in the very beginning once I walked in with my mother and told us to put bags in a place but pointed different directions and once we asked again they were irritated and told us to leave if we were not buying anything
