I we in the process of ordering a bunch of faucets for a bathroom remodel and want sure on the color of some items. I decided to schedule a appt to go over the items I was going to buy. I met with Bruce, who has been with Ferguson 21 yrs. He was excellent and knows his stuff and helped us finalize our purchase. I was more than excited to have gone there to get clarification and ended up ordering products that match and look good. I recommend scheduling a visit there.

He was able to order shower valves we couldnt find anywhere else so that we could move forward with our tile project. We were so happy with his customer service we ordered the rest of the plumbing for our project through him. He followed up at every step! You will not be disappointed if you work with Rick!

We had an appointment to look at lighting fixtures and our consultant was on her computer the whole time. We took time off our work schedule to have a professional consultation and were greatly disappointed. We like to support local businesses but our sales person didn’t appear interested in helping us or making suggestions to help us through the process. I’ll take my business elsewhere..

Bad service I ordered a faucet paid $ 19.99 freight supposedly to get it in a week, was ordered November 24. I called December 4th. By December 18 now they told me by December 29. Let see.

When our refrigerator quit working suddenly I was desperate for a new one. Toms Appliance Repair recommended Fergusons of El Paso. I talked to Deborah Terrazas and she walked me through picking one out on the web. (We live 3 hours from El Paso) She got it ordered and kept me appraised of the delivery. Long story short. I got a new refrigerator and I am very excited What a great employee! Very professional and knowledgeable Thank you Deborah.

TERRIFIC! We had a bought a toilet a few years back through Ferguson and no fault of their own (manufacturer discontinued it) it broken in a weird way. Rick Ramirez provided premier customer support and even gave us a reasonable discount for the hassle. Bad service!. I needed to replace a toilet seat for a toilet I purchase there. long wait.... They dont keep records for more than 1 year. No attempt to solve my problem.... Customer focus not there.
