Richard at Metro Signs was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! I recently began working at a nonprofit in the neighborhood, and his business is close by, so I took the recommendation from a coworker to send a small project his way. I was so impressed! The workmanship is top-notch, and he even gave me a tour of the space (if you have a chance to stand in front of the garage door - look up to the mountain! You will not regret it! What a view!), and I met a few of the other employees. I cant wait to return again to do more business with him and his team in the future.

I call this company for new service appointment and try talk to one of sales rep or maybe owner or manager.When I call and ask for digital sign and store light sign, this guy just say no and hang the phone.I call back right away but no answer.What a great customer service and attitude.Please beware of this company and if anyone try to give a business for this company, make sure check BBB first.
