Went this morning at 0530 and doors were still locked. I called at 0539 and asked what time they open the store. The lady that answered the phone stated the store open at 530, I notified her that I was at the door and it was locked. A girl in pajamas unlocked the door and returns to her table where she was doing homework. I proceed to place my order of a dozen assorted bagels. Going by the labels on the baskets, I asked for two of each basket for a total of 10 bagels. The young man proceed to argue with me, telling me I had 12 bagels already. Well, the labels were not correct, one basket had two different kind of bagels which I couldnt tell by glancing at them. I told him thats fine, I will take them and that started another episode. He started to argue that they come in packs of 18 (on the app you can order by the dozen,) I informed him that I only wanted a dozen. I am pressed for time and I asked him several times just to charge me for what I asked for. I pleaded with the other employees to help, she just looked at me and said nothing. I finally instructed him to charge per bagel and after repeating myself a few times he complied. then I asked him of the two smears that comes with the dozen. The employee started to say that none came with it, I cut him off and told him to charge me for two. He gives me one in original container and the other in a different container that does not look equal in quantity as the original container. I begin to ask him and he begins saying something in unprofessional tone. I walked out.This is the second time that I drop by and the store doors are not unlocked at 0530. Maybe they should change the hours. Maybe there has also been a change in dealing with customers, but if I want a dozen and willing to pay per item....charge me. Lastly, no receipt given.

I tried the green chili bagel for breakfast with an egg, bacon and cheese and I will say that it would have been better had I selected another bagel. The green chili creates moisture and makes the bagel moist, so it was not appetizing. The rest of the bagel was good and I would return again to try another selection.

They were super patient and helpful. They younger guy helping us was very nice. He gave my husband a military discount, with out us asking, because he was in his uniform. Great service, and the bagels are delicious. They had every kind available except one.

This Bagel shop has an appealing aesthetic on both inside and out, and the aroma of the baking bread when you walk in is alluring. The staff are always very kind and friendly, even though they are running around working incredibly hard to fulfill their seemingly unending flow of orders.The espresso there is actually pretty good, considering they are not a store that focuses on their coffee beverages, but rather their other breakfast foods.As far as delivering for Door Dash and UberEats is concerned, they do a pretty decent job at having the orders ready, or at least close to ready, by the time the delivery drivers show up.

First time I visited, I really liked it. Many different selections are available and they provide great coffee.

If I can give this establishment a zero I would. Customer service is horrible. The manager or old lady that is always there doesn’t fix problems, she just stands there with a blank stare on her face . She tries to be friends with younger employees so they are walking all over her, there was one kid there on his day off hanging out behind the counter . Unfortunately I go because it’s the closest one to my place ! Seriously the staff needs a complete overhaul and training in managing a business and customer service

It hasnt been often that I give a bad review because of bad service when I truly like the food. This is the case today. I love EBB and i have bought my breakfast on this chain all around the west coast.But today I was mocked because I asked for a hotter coffee...nothing worse than warm coffee. Too bad...i am not coming back here. I dont care to be made fun of, not even for a good bagel

The green Chile bagels are are one of the best bagels I ever tasted. Every bagel I tasted is solid. Their caribou cold press (brew) is full bodied but very smooth. One of the best I cold brews commercially available. Definitely recommend getting it if you want coffee.

It was 9am and there was a line already. It moved quick..but waiting for your order took longer. FYI order online or by phone..they got their food faster. When the guy gave me my bagel he didnt say nothing. I told him Thank you but I think it went pass his head.

I had a cup of coffee and a toasted green chili bagel. The coffee was luke warm, but the bagel was good.

Wow, forgot how good fresh bagels can be. One last carb fest before I started my keto diet. I had the green chile bagel. It was cheesy and not too spicey. The store was clean and ready for customers. My daughter and I were the only customers in the store, about 8:45 on a Saturday morning, by 9:00 there was a line and no where to sit. Go early or you might not get what you want.

Nova Lox and pepperoni bagel. Love salmon, giving this place a try again after many years, hopefully I dont get sick again ✌🏼

To crowded and bagels are good but bagels are not my cup of tea maybe for people that do like bagels would give it 5 stars.

I call this place Bagel Bros. Its my happy place. I arrived shortly before 7 am this morning and got a pay and go box for my coworkers and two sandwiches. Both sandwiches were delicious, hot and well worth every penny.

It is apparent when you walk into this place that the staff really dislike you for walking into this place.

The bagels are pretty delicious in my opinion! I ordered the Chorizo Sunrise and it was pretty tasty!! Make sure to go early in order to have a variety of bagels to choose from! The customer service is alright as other have mentioned, not the best around but not the worst either. Come try them out!

The staff was rude. They got my order wrong and charged me for cream cheese they didnt put on the beagles or the side. When this was pointed out the girl who charged me for the cream cheese didnt speak directly to us, ahe just had another guy rally the information.

I went to this location because I have been wanting a good bagel! Well dot go at 2 in the afternoon because all they had left was everything bagel . I am assuming that the rest of the bagels were typical of the usual good quality of Einstein. But could not attest to that fact. Because either they had a busy morning or they didnt make many that day. So, no bagel for me!

My husband and I loved this place but now there are managers putting down employees in front of customers. And people just walking in the back with jeans and sandals. We werent sure if they were the owners or just customers that new the GM or other managers. It was a bad experience. We will not return. We will get our bagels from the bagel shop by Utep.

I order 4 dozen bagels every Sunday. I call to order, then pick up. This week the location had a problem with the phone lines. so i could not get through and order. went to the store and noticed it was busy and 10 people in front of me. The employee noticed me and knew my order. by the time I reached check out my order was ready. I truly appreciate the extra effort and great customer service.. Great Job Guys!!!

First & last time that I will visit Einstein’s. The cashier completely messed up my husband’s order, he asked for a combo didn’t receive it and he rung up the wrong coffee. When my husband brought these issues up he was first told that they would give him the hash brown, and fix the coffee. Then the cashier said we’d have to pay for the hash brown, and they never even fixed the coffee. It’s too overpriced for these mistakes to not be corrected. Horrible customer service.

Pumpkin bagel very good! Girl behind counter should not be working here!! 3 to 4 times while eating, she was redoing her hair.....shaking it around putting it into a bun...undoing it and shaking it all around I circle.a good hour entertains a male customer??Thought you should know!!

Terrible, especially at end of day. Had only three options for bagels. Low on coffee. Tables full of crumbs and trash. Friend had the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich, said the meat was extremely salty. Why did we pick this place? Carbs!

Really delicious bagels but there is always a shortage on most choices- even if you get there early in the morning. The staff is pretty inefficient and rude, unfortunately. There either taking an exorbitant amount of time with your order or they get it wrong and give you a really poor attitude.If they could figure that out And remedy those issues....all is good with the bagel biz.

Bagels are good, but the guy who brought the bagels for us burned them even though we told them to be single toasted. Not sure what would happen if we would have told them double toasted. Also food safety and sanitation wasnt a priority here.

Love this place I am hooked been going there for close to 2 months straight every Sunday with my family. It is delicious Farmhouse bagel very delicious. Would highly recommend have been mentioning to my co workers about the place. Staff is very nice and fast at work they get your order out efficiently and quick.

Great service and clean place to eat. Bagels are by far the best. The cashier Elizabeth was very nice and in a great mood, the way people working in fast food joints and restaurants and convenient stores are supposed to be not all rude and ignorant and taking their personal problems out on the customers. I love coming to Einstein bagels. The customer service is always friendly but nost importantly the food is great each and everytime. The bagels are always fresh and soft, the coffee is always hot and fresh as well. They bake their goodies in house which makes it even better because this way you know you will always get a fresh bagel or pastry. They also offer specialty coffees which I will make sure to try next time!

Bagels are delicious but have to give 1 star because every single time I go the customer service is terrible! Never a smile or a thank you. My husband actually thanked the teller and her response was uh huh. Not youre welcome, or thank you, an uh huh. So sad because their food is delicious but they seriously need an entire new staff.

So just this morning I went this Einstein Bagels. I was there for two avocado bacon and egg sandwiches, two plain bagels and two croissants. I was very clear with my order, I even asked that there be no tomato on the sandwich. So I was handed my order and drove home. End result is but sandwiches had tomato. NEITHER had avocado on them. One star for ruining my wife and my breakfast.

Love the french vanilla coffee. Tip bring your own coffee container and get coffee at the refill price which is much cheaper and more environmentally friendly.

Terrible customer service this morning!! Staff seemed to be half asleep and dragging, not friendly or courteous at all. When we asked for the vanilla hazelnut creamer it seemed as if we had bothered the young lady, then we were handed a sticky bottle which looked like a water bottle containing the creamer. Our whole wheat bagel was dry with very little schmear, not good at all. Quality in all regards has gone down dramatically

I was going to 4 star it but I wouldnt be doing it justice. Why was I going to 4 star it well just because its a bit pricey. The bagels are very very good(hence the name). Their salmon cream cheese is to die for but I really like just the regular cream cheese they have too. They have everything from healthy options to freshly squeezed juice. The portions are a little small for the premium sandwiches and a bit pricey but worth it.

Have been here many times before and usually very good. This morning come in after theyve been open for 20-30 minutes hardly any bagels ready.
