Very good guys. I went there to fix Vapor Canister Purge Valve and reset the indicator light. They did well. They didnt charge me. Of course, it took a few minutes only. Great people. Great service!!! I would pay them extra when I go there next time...

Upon arrival, the shop was clean and organized. Thats important to see in a mechanic shop. They are thorough and will advise you of what is found before moving on to additional repairs that might be required. They make sure any difference in the price quote of repairs is approved by you before moving on. They are 4 decades in operation with experience and providing mechanical services. Dont be afraid to check them out. Make the decision for yourself.

WORST mechanic shop experience ever.Took my sisters vehicle to get all hoses changed. Was told there was no problem. I was not able to pick up vehicle on a Friday and spoke to owner. He said it was okay to pick up car the next day on Saturday. My sister and I picked it up next day Saturday morning. Got a letter from collection agency stating vehicle was ticketed at parking lot downtown on that particular friday night at about 8:50 pm. I took letter to owner for him to pay ticket. Car was in THEIR possession at time of ticketing. I was pretty much called a liar and owner stated he nor his employees use customer vehicles for private use. I asked he review his camera footage to prove my point that I picked car up on Saturday. He stated footage for that time was already erased.He refused to pay the ticket and stated he would not honor correcting other work issues he and his staff made worse by not getting the job done right the first time. I still have a loose radio that was not properly braced as it should have been. The CD player is also not connected. The console faceplate is also a mess.

This place is a RIP off!!!!!! Whatever you do dont go here because we took our truck to get the air conditioner looked at it wasnt cooling they said needed new part that was 475.00. I asked them to first test if there was a leak they said we needed this expensive part replaced on the dashboard where the control panel is and a month later my truck was back to not working again same thing. Took it back to have them fix again then they charged us another 150.00 said it was a leak this time not the the other part they charged us to begin with. And guess what my a/c still doesnt work and they are just ripping people off and dont know what they are doing. Terrrrrrrrible service 1 star is being too generous. 000000000 stars!!!!!

Terrible costumer service, I called and he said he would diagnose my vehicle and tell me what’s wrong. I go in and he immediately has a bad attitude and tells me that’s he’s not gonna waste his time with me even though I offered to pay for his help. I don’t not recommend this place, i don’t know about their work quality but there costumer service needs improvement

Love Zenitram. They are honest! Not too many mechanic shops that I consider honest. They are close to home, so this is where I go the most. The prices are the lowest & they guarantee their work.

Horrible experience. They charged me $600 for a “new compressor” it broke after 30mins. They would’t give me a refund. They also damaged my car. My car broke down leaving the shop. Stay away!!!

When Pep Boys wanted to charge me $145 just to look under my vehicle and tell me WHERE I was leaking brake fluid at; Zenitram told me to bring it on in and they would look at it for free. Then they didnt try to sell me any nonsense, told me exactly what was wrong, and actually told me what was causing another issue I was having as well. These are the kinds of folks you are proud to recommend to your friends and family.You know when you go in that they arent going to jerk you around, their prices are the best, and you will get quality work done every time. I cant begin to state how refreshing it is to find such a wonderful shop that I trust.

I had seen a project car that they were selling . I live in Austin TX and i had my father in EP go talk to them and look at the car. They treated both of us extremely well and made the process very smooth. They were willing to work with my shipper to ship the car back here, they answered all my question, and were very honest about the car. Would buy another car in the future again.

We will not go anywhere else to fix our vehicles. After dealing for many years with a different mechanic, we happened upon Zenitram. The owner is very knowledgeable & will tell you exactly what the problem is instead if guessing. They work expeditiously as well. Our vehicles have NEVER run better. After taking my car to my the authorized retail shop & being informed that they were gonna charge me over $300 in repairs that was just done no less than 2mo ago, I came to these guys because of the great reviews Ive seen on here.Not only were they friendly & courteous, but they did a quick job & I was charged less than $50! Now I know where to go for my maintenance issues!

Honest and provide good work at a good price. Firestone wanted to charge me $1200+ to do a repair, took it to these guys for a second opinion based on their reviews. Good thing I did. Firestone wanted to replace components that had nothing wrong with them and would have never touched the one that was actually broken. These guys identified the correct malfunctioning piece and fixed it for half of what firestone wanted to charge me.

Good service but will try to stiff you if youre a woman. They give you a price before they begin the work and change the price when theyre done. Been there many times. Began paying upfront even though he insisted to charge once it was done.

Owner proved sincere, trustworthy, and reliable. Got a great deal on a used vehicle. Recommend this place. Would come back.

Let me sum up my experience with Zenitram by saying this -I make a 500+ round trip from Albuquerque, NM to El Paso several times a year to have my automobiles serviced by Zenitram. Literally, the worst place to get automotive work done. They placed all parts under warranty, but only if you bring it back to them and let them leave you stranded again. I went through them to have my brakes, power steering and gear box replaced and they did an awful job and wont refund the parts. I wasnt even worried about a full refund, just wanted the parts refunded.

Went hear and it was fast and good, great price and no sudden problems after I left like some other places in area. they just fix what needs to be fixed and do it right have earned my business as long as Im stationed hear.

Literally got robbed. . .Went in with a AC problem, came out with the same AC problem and 250 dollars less, even after a refund. Their immediate diagnosed was to change a couple parts, when that didnt work they gave me my money back for labor but not for the parts, (the parts that I didnt need in the first place, and told them to take back but they refused). After the trouble I went to another shop and they found an electrical problem in the system and fixed the whole thing for 60 bucks. . .Worst experience in El Paso, please yourself the trouble

Small things worth fixing here but expensive, they add things without consent then charge you for it, no communication with car owner with updates.

Hands down the best staff and owner I have EVER delt with! He is honest and keeps his word everytime. To date he has fixed two of my cars a honda and a nissan and i have had zero issues. I recommended Zenitram to 2 of my coworkers and to date 12 of us now take are cars there all with a positive experience, from basic oil changes to engine rebuilds Zenitram does it all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! !!

Spent $4000 to get my truck running brought home stopped running the next day . Attempted two more times for them two fix after they still charged me for the towing both times, and still don’t work.
