I don’t like leaving bad reviews but felt compelled after my disappointment visiting this shop. I wanted to support a local tire shop when deciding to install a leveling kit and possible purchase new tires and wheels on my truck. I looked up Tops tire and decided to give it a try.I arrived on a Tuesday and met advisor John. He was professional and very attentive and took the time to look up what I needed. He found a kit for my truck, told me the price and I was told to return on Thursday at 9 a.m to get the kit installed. I gladly accepted and was happy with my choice to visit this shop. I called John on Wednesday to confirm my appointment the next day and everything was set. I arrived on Thursday, spoke with John and handed him my keys. John said my truck would be ready by 2 pm.I get a call from John around 2:30 saying that he doesn’t think my truck would get worked on today. The excuse was that there was issues with another truck and issues with the lift. Needless to say I was furious that the whole day was wasted. I told John that I couldn’t take another day off of work and that I needed my truck. I arrived before close and much to my surprise I see about 6 technicians in the work bays and all of them working on vehicles but my truck was in the same spot where I left it that morning. I will never return to this shop and unfortunately I won’t recommend any of my family or friends there either. I wanted to support local but this shop dropped the ball.

Drove in this late afternoon to purchase 5 trailer tires and was immediately greeted by Mr. Roman. He explained to me there was only 4 in stock and no more than 2hrs. later I returned and drove away with 5 installed and balanced set up. Now thats GREAT customer service! Thanks again Sir!

Had my wheels and ucas replaced a few months back along with an alignment. Front end alignment was way off. They did a good job on the alignment. Then last week I ran over a sharp rock during a hail storm and punctured my tire. Thankfully I got the road hazard warranty and even though my KO2 tires are unavailable and on backorder nationwide. They were able to replace mine with a used one still in fairly good shape for free and when the KO2 does became available again (3-8 months hopefully) John said they will give me a call so they can replace the used one. They might have also replaced the tpms sensor but not sure. Highly recommend this place for the work they do

Tops tire was amazing to us! We are from out of town and on our way visiting, my husband ran over this huge piece of metal destroying our tire. Well being out of town not knowing the area and the incident happening like 2 mins away from this place we walked in and were immediately helped. John was awesome and took care of us. He was extremely kind to us, something we don’t get much of from where we are from in customer service. Also to top it off they got it done all in less then 30 mins.

Came in for a wheel alignment and was met at my car by a gentleman named John I believe. I was more than happy to wait a couple hours to have it done but it seemed like it was just way too much trouble to have my alignment done there. This employee was absolutely rude not personable, and drove me away to take my business elsewhere. I had decided to go elsewhere because of the attitude I had received and he followed me out to my vehicle harassing me trying to get me to have the alignment done with them. I told this man I was going elsewhere multiple times. If I employed someone like this they would’ve been gone a long time ago, after talking to multiple other people that have had experiences with the same individual I’m sure it has cost your company plenty of money by now. You have awesome alignment Techs, but I will not be forced nor will I be pushed to do business with your company especially after the attitude the employee gave me. He must’ve known he did something wrong because he was begging me to have the work done and they would get me in right away. I was already in my vehicle trying to back out.

I purchase a lift kit, tires and wheels for my Tacoma. Gustavo the salesperson is great. He had to place an order for the kit from Rough Country which took approximately a month but Gustavo keep me in the loop. That was the only hold up which effected the installation. Gustavo is an asset to the organization!!

Tops has been in business for decades and have always provided great service. Was lucky today went in to mount a couple of tires and was taken care of immediately. Great pricing, fast service.

I loved tops tire until my last visit. One of my tires was rubbing on the sway bar so they told me to leave the truck and they’d look at it. 3 hours later they tell me I’d need to get different wheels but what they didn’t tell me is that they had cut a chunk out of my sway bar to try and make room for the tire. Not cool.

I highly recommend Tops, Tire, and Wheel! I took my Audi Q-7 in to have one of the tires checked out, expecting to have to replace it. They examined all of the tires, let me know it didn’t need replacing, and even filled them all with air. I was very impressed with their service! They were honest, courteous, and and quick! I will definitely be taking our vehicles here for any future needs!

I am obviously ruff on my vehicle because I have had to have more rims and tires fixed and replaced than considered reasonably normal. Tops has always taken care of me. My go to tech is Gus! Hes great. He knows what he is doing and doesnt BS you. And Chris the alignment guy well obviously if I know my alignment guy by name Im there to much but he is the best and never makes you feel bad if you curb checked your wheel and knocked your suspension out of alignment. Tops is my go to place in town. Support Local!

So unprofessional, i talked to the lady over the phone and she said to come in, i drove 30 mins to this place and the lady had the audacity to tell me she never spoke to me and tell me they had no room for me anymore. Very inconvenient, no mask were being worn, no social distancing as well

I have been there twice in as many months because I got a nail and a screw in a tire. They do a great job. The staff are friendly. And they patched the tires each time for only $12. They were honest and didnt try to tell me that they could not patch them; trying to get me to buy a new tire. Great business.

When my truck broke down in the middle of the night during a 1600 mile trip, I trusted Tops to take care of it based off the strength of these reviews. RJ and the rest of the team quickly diagnosed the problem the following morning and acted quickly to solve the problems the same day. Their honesty and the quality of their work really helped me out of a tough spot. 100% reccomend

We came in for a simple alignment but ended up having a hub that needed to be replaced. The whole staff was professional, helpful, and good people. When the part was lost in a truck that was in an accident the manager went out of their way to get the part here quickly. All total I only waited a couple hours for both. Great place, will definitely refer them to anyone I know. This place is awesome.

Dudes are on point with knowledge. Went to the major national tire shops to remove old lugs and not one helped. Tops stated i had the right key just the old lugs expanded from the heat and other elements and did the job. Puro chingones at tops tire

Employees are helpful and friendly. The shop is clean and well organize. Paid $78.00+ tax for an alignment. This is about $20.00 over in comparison to other places. However I got satisfied because they provided a good report and warranty. Need to work a little bit with tires prices.

I very rarely write reviews, but I really love Tops Tire. I tend to get a lot of flats because I drive in rural areas of Juarez a lot, and they are always so helpful, efficient, and nice--even when I feel sheepish about waiting too long to get a slow leak checked out. Highly recommended!

This was my first time using them. They were very helpful. They did a good job, which Im very happy. I will use them again. They were clean inside and out.

These guys know what they are doing. I went to 3 different alignment shops that turned me down, one shop said my frame was bent, which was completely fabricated on their part. Turned out, I was missing a pin in the front that holds the alignment in place. These guys got me straightened out and back driving safely. Great work, reasonable price

Ive been there quite a few times. Ive always been pleased with their big selection of new and used tires and rims. Pricing is normal on new items but the labor is great. Great service and nice staff. Very professional. Parking is a little limited though but Yes. I do recommend Tops tire.

An excellent tire place, selling new tires and new and used rims. Their guys offer excellent service, and their attitudes are exceptional. I have purchased two and a half sets of tires from these folks, and will continue to do so. They are very competitive with their pricing as well.

The prices on tires and wheels are good but I strongly recommend against buying a lift kit here. I asked what brands they do and they said all of them so I asked how much for a 4 BDS Suspension lift and as he was pulling up an estimate I could see that he was on the Rough Country Website. He quoted me $1800 for a lift kit that costs over $2000 for parts alone.

What an experience, my son (Military) who traveled from New York to El Paso during the holidays in his Jeep solely to get a lift and new wheels/tires at Top Tires was totally satisfied with the lift and his new wheels/tires. Good prices, many sizes on hand. Marked low because did carry out, did not have them mount the tires, for that one of the four tires had blimsh. When took back (dont want no names, lil chubby guy well call fester) no matter what I said, and him seeing for himself still did not say was nothing wrong with tire.... He could not get it to hold any air either..... End effect, no refund, no exchange, no credit, would shop there again, maybe, but if hes ever sales person again ... No word said just walking out till next time need tires or rims..... FESTER IS BAD SERVICE BAD NEWS FOR A GOOD COMPANY

Deceptive business practices, Gus gave me one price andcharged me a higher one. The way he gets away with it is by saying let me balance them under hes breath, and thats about 60.00. The tires I bought were used and complete but he also charged me for the valve stems. I trusted them but you cant, check everything you do with them. They also removed the sensors and those are standard on mercedes benz rims! Over 200.00 dollars and I was not informed of them missing and you cant see them inside the tire. Dont trust them!

I was stranded in El Paso with a tire that was bound to blow out within miles. I called them and told them I had a budget of $30 and he said bring it over. The tire was just about brand new. They removed the tire, mounted and balanced it, checked for leaks, put it back on, and even checked the rest of my tires press ure. The staff was so friendly and kind, worked within my budget and more. I would highly recommend them to every person.

I recently purchased a new SUV and with only 300 miles on my new vehicle I already needed a new tire due to a screw/nail in my stuck in tire. I work and live nearby so I decided it stop by and see if Tops had better prices than my dealership. I was helped by RJ, who went above and beyond. RJ noticed that I was driving new vehicle so he contacted the tire manufacture and asked for a discount on my tire, which resulted in $95.00 dollar discount. I will forever be a customer at Tops because of their great customer service and willingness to go out of the way to help their customers.
