I would like to say thank you to all who helped me get the 2017 nissan titan. Great customer service from the sales rep. Germaine all the way to the Manger. Not only did the process go quick they actually worked for me and made sure the deal was good. I highly recommend these guys.

Last year I took my minivan to have preventive maintenance done (timing belt and other items), receive the vehicle and out of nowhere the water pump started leaking. I got charged a new water pump and same labor ($$$$$) for doing so since I purchased all of the parts on my own. Days went by and noticed a noise (which I recorded and sent it to shop supervisor). Supervisor asked me to bring it in to the shop, a day later I was told they could not find anything. Sometime later the minivan went off on its own. After seeing all of the red flags I decided to take it somewhere else. The new shop told me they found a piece that was loose, that it all seems like the part was left unscrewed or not thighed right. For sure will never go back to this brand ever again.

Up front, not expensive, great service. Came in for a four wheel alignment, the technicians knew what they were doing, and got me out quicker and more accurate than any of the other 5 shops I’ve been to in El Paso. I work on a lot of cars, and I’m taking all my alignments here from now on.

We went patiently waited 3 hours for 3 days, we got everything done and signed and they drove the car to our house. And the next day they told us we can’t take it and they want it back because they messed up on their behalf. And they came to our house an demanded us to give the car back. So unprofessional for them to mess up on their behalf and come to our house uninvited or without notice. They came to our house at 8:00 pm at July 30th. And the loan officer is very rude, she snapped at us at the dealership. It was not our fault they messed up. But Raul was very nice to us.

Everyone, including lowered cars come here for alignments.Ive got a 2008 Turbo Charged Mustang I built myself thats lowered, and had replaced the tie rod ends & spindle ball joints. Just having moved to El Paso, I needed a shop that could both do the alignment, and not damage the car.After looking at multiple places here, I finally found a place with with a recessed scissor lift and GREAT technician and customer service. Took them about 40 minutes, and they had it dead on.Rise V Tire and Auto is my go to place, and I recommend everyone in El Paso do the same.P.S. The Stang in the picture is >700 Horsepower and Torque. All power train, fuel, electrical, body, and paint is work I did in my shop.

I was mostly satisfied with my vehicle purchase from this location. From beginning to end I was helped by three individuals; Germaine, Gerry, and Rafael. All took the time to ensure that I was taken care of and if there were any hiccups through the buying process they would get them resolved. This is a professional team and Im sure others will have a great buying experience as well.

This place is fantastic. Jerry the finance manager was able to get me a great intrest rate and low down payment. I love the used vehicle I bought there. I highly recommend.

These guys are the most helpful and nicest car dealers, specially Germain, Raul and Jerry! If you need a car go through them, they are the best. I brought my Chevy malibu from them and my experience was excellent in June. Even when my vehicle needs a service they have been helpful with the process. I live on the other side of the mountain but I still go here for any issues with my vehicle, if any.

I have only spoken with this business, but never completed and transactions with them. Respectable and professional employees that enjoy what they do. Thank you for everything.

This place has very nice cars and at good prices. Were able to get a good deal on a 2014 pathfinder for my mother which we all love and have had zero issues with. And if we did find anything we felt comfortable because all of their cars come with warranty. They also provided two free oil changes for future use! If you talk to them they are willing to work you! The service is good almost like a dealership and the facility and cars are so nice you forget you’re at a used cars place.

We were new to the area and our vehicle would not start and thought we needed to take it to be fixed. Called Rise V, explained our situation and they set up everything and we’re going to get us in on the spot and set up the towing for us! Tow truck driver arrived jumped us and that was all that was needed. Rise V made all arrangements including payment so we didn’t need to fret!! In the end we paid the driver and did not need to take it in to the shop! I cannot express how kind, professional and helpful Rise V employees express themselves!! Thank you for helping us!!!

- Great salesman, but its a front, horrible service after purchase- Sold me a car with a horrible front suspension that i did not notice on the nice flat frontage and highway roads.- Into the 2nd week parts were still not available- No professional courtesy, I had to keep calling at the end of the day to determine status of vehicle.- I can confirm customer Luis Esparzas statement below. I too, also got the run around saying the next day it would be done and the next day it was not.- It is now 6/18/2020 10 days later, and I was told by Insurance to pull the car and cancel claim. Car still not repaired. Literally sitting in the parking lot this whole time.- I exceeded my 6 day rental coverage and had to pay 4 days out of pocket.- Shop manager was unprofessional. Had aggressive tone with me as I stated I wanted to cancel my claim.- Called a new dealership, parts available, my car will be ready within a day. Can you believe that!-New dealership stated they have heard of RiseV. Red Flag in my book.- Beware of vehicles, they have you sign an Air bag disclosure at contract signing.- As a 1st time automobile owner, this has been a horrible inconvenient experience.

Complete waste of time. Sales rep had zero knowledge in the financing and loan process. Was completely dismissive of me when I called asking those specific questions. I never got a call back. To make matters worse I actually went in person and got completely ignored.

This place is great I bought my VW Jetta there and it was a great buy. I always get oil changes there as well and the have great quality service with certified cars and have a great staff to help you find what you need.

I was in town traveling and last minute my window got stuck out of no where and was scared to leave my car in El Paso. I called rise v auto shop 20 mins before they closed desperate for someone to fix my window and they didn’t turn me away, they immediately fixed it on the spot even having to stay past they’re duty hours. Highly recommend. Service was outstanding and very helpful.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Drove from Carlsbad to purchase a specific vehicle, messaged dealership over the weekend and called on the way yet the vehicle was filthy inside and smelled like something died in it. Despite the lack of cleanliness, I still wanted the vehicle, first I couldnt find the salesman I was supposed to talk to, then when he showed up after being paged that a customer was waiting, he looked at me and took a phone call. Got another salesman to help me but he wasnt interested in selling me the vehicle. Had I been a Male, I believe I would be driving a new (to me) vehicle.
