They are a busy business so I waited for my car for about 3 hours because I had the time, but they do offer a drop off service for those interested. Highly recommend this place!

Somehow i felt like Ive known him my whole life after all was said n done. Went in for some suspension/steering work and my vw was ready the next morning. Pricing is super fair and I was very happy with the work. Obviously would recommend.

They were knowledgeable and fast. When I called them prior to my visit to replace my engines serphantine belts, they were able to give me an exact quote for the materials and labor, even down to the cost of each belt individually. Since I was on a tight budget, I asked them to please call me if they found anything else wrong with the car before fixing it. They called me within half an hour to let me know that an oil change and new air filter were recommended, and they were able to break down the extra cost by materials and labor right then and there. (it was inexpensive for both.) They were also gracious and let me know that while I did have worn tires, the replacements they had on hand at the time were pricey so I could take that into consideration for my budget. That above everything really made me feel like I could trust them. All in all they were done within a day and for cheaper than I had expected based on my research for the typical cost of this repair. Theres even a warranty on the fixes they made. After having terrible experiences at big-name shops like Pep Boys, Im not looking back. Resler Auto will probably be my go-to shop for as long as I live in the area.

Super professional mechanics! Honest, attentive, and very detail oriented! Would recommend!Came in with engine light on. They diagnosis the problem and tell me every step of the way what is going to happen. I was warned beforehand my muffler pipe too rusted that part of it might break off. I give my consent and It did break off. Now, I know it’s my car (it’s from the north), definitely not mechanic’s fault. I thought they would at least charge me for the diagnosis since they did take the time and effort to test the problem. They didn’t not charge me a cent! $0!!! They apologize, recommend me a great place to fix the muffler and spend time to give me great suggestions and tips on what I should look out for.I’m just a traveler passing through, but wish I can live in El Paso so I can take my car problems there. They differently earn my trust! They are not just honest. While waiting for my car, I observed how mechanics talking with each other and confirming problems with customer on the phone. They are very detail oriented and look through all the possibilities very carefully.

I called on Thursday to ask if they could repair my car. They said if i could leave it until Monday. I called on Friday and they said there were three cars ahead and they would get to it on Saturday. I called on Tuesday and the girl said there was one car ahead of it. When I said I needed my car back she got someone else who said there were 4 cars ahead of it. I went to get my car. Theyve lost me as a customer.

So I am finicky about the mechanics I use, and let me tell you these guys are simply the best I have seen. I have been restoring my 30 year old F150 for the last year. I have had a pesky issue that I have been dealing with, and they diagnosed exactly what the issue was. They also took care of warranty work, saving me hundreds of dollars. I am military and I understand what professionalism means. These guys have it down to a science. They called me with updates to everything they needed to do. Charged me a fair, honest price. Just a 2 second delay of computer but said computer replacement not needed now. It is a 94 truck.Friend recommended them 2 years ago. He takes his truck here. Once I used them I take my old truck only to them.

Took my car in to get a oil change and all the fluids topped off along with getting my headlights installed. They took the initiative to help fix my bumper and fender without being asked, although they did crack my fender ever slightly. They fixed the crack and you cant even tell there was a crack. Definitely recommend this place.

Had my car at Firestone, & they said I needed a new engine & I needed to take it to the Dealetship. AAA recommended Resler Automotive, they diagnosed it asap, needed fuel injector. Wow glad I went here. Wonderful mechanics and reasonable price.

I stopped in to see if they could make a repair, re-attach the heat shield over my exhaust pipe that I discovered was the problem. They repaired it and charged me nothing! I know it was a minor repair but I had never been there before, and this was after the local VIVA KIA dealership wanted to charge me $125 to diagnose the problem on top of charging me for the repair. Yes, they were going to charge me a diagnostic fee of $125 regardless of whether or not they made the repair. Im not an idiot. Ive purchased several cars in my lifetime, new and used, had work done at dealerships and local mechanics, and Ive NEVER had any of them try to charge me to diagnose a problem unless I decided not to have them do the work. Resler Automotive refused to take a penny. This place was referred to me by several people. I will definitely be back!

Took a car I was thinking about buying in to Resler Automotive, and while I didnt like what they had to say about the car, I was quite impressed with their professionalism and courtesy.First off, other places Ive taken cars, to get checked out for the same reason, have charged me $50-100. Resler Automotive charged me $0. The mechanic I spoke to, David, did a thorough check, as best I could tell without literally being IN the stall, and explained his findings in detail. Turned out that the car had been in an accident, which didnt show up in its vehicle history report.Not only did David tell me what was wrong, he showed me how he knew it had been in an accident. I left knowing one more thing to check for myself, and any time I get a free service AND learn something, Im impressed.Afterwards, I talked to David for a few minutes about an issue in my own truck. He clearly knew what he was talking about, and suggested a couple of caused that it could be.I have been looking for a good diagnostic mechanic in the area, and have been very unimpressed with every other mechanic Ive spoken to in El Paso.I plan on taking my vehicles to Resler Automotive when I am in need of a professional, knowledgeable mechanic.

Came to get a state inspection for my car. Ppl there obviously dont know there laws there. Ive got my tint at the dealer ship where I purchased the vehicle new. Texas legal tint in the front is to be no less the 25% in the two front sides. The back side tints are to be no more then 5%. Shop calls me and tells me cause they couldnt pass me. Dont worry Ill get my money back from them with interest. See you in downtown soon.

Used them a couple of years ago. Damaged my wheel spindle by cross threading the hub bolt in the spindle and had to install a helicoil. Damaged the CV axle clamp when installing it, then tried to blame a factory part. Took way too long to perform a simple job and it was mostly due to incompetence. This was the first time I ever let a shop work on my vehicle and I still regret it years later.

I was enroute from Florida to California, I had replaced my alternator at the Carriage House in Apollo Beach, the car was not acting right I took it back several times and they said they tested it and it was OK. 50 miles east of El Paso the alternator went in 118 degree weather. I limped into El Paso and found Resler Automotive. These guys were fantastic... not only did they change the alternator at no charge (Napa Shop) they even changed the oil and made sure my car was running smooth before calling me back to pick it up! Two weeks later, Art the manager called me to make sure I had made it to California OK! Yes thanks to Resler. These guys were AWESOME
