Worst customer service ever. They sold a defective product, and even though I emailed BEFORE 1 month, they denied me because THEY TOOK A MONTH TO GET BACK TO ME, and by then, it was too late. I called 11 times only to be hung up on every single time. I emailed 8 times and never got a response. The only times anyone did ANYTHING was when I emailed directly from the website and only then did they 1. ask for more info, which I supplied immediately without a response, and 2 when I asked what was going on and I was informed I was past the return time. This Company should be discredited and NEVER allowed to sell anything again.
