Worst customer service ever. Ive never met someone so rude. He over charges everything! I only wanted a part of a door and he said I had to buy the whole door!! Not worth it. Youre better off going somewhere else.

I went their an wanted to buy a seat switch part an asked if I can check it out first an was told no. Wanted to charge me 65 an no warranty. Not even to try in my truck which was parked in front. Horrible HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I stopped by there to potentially get a few random parts for my project cars. Initially I felt ignored by the guy at the front desk. I overheard him saying to the woman behind the counter with him I dont like this guy. Eventually, a super nice guy from the yard took me out to the yard. I found a small part and was going to buy it. The rude dude at the front desk wanted $45. I mentioned that the new oem price is only $19. He said, I believe you, but its $45 if you want it. Good thing I can take my cash elsewhere.

No refunds, if they dont have the part for an exchange its just store credit. The guy that drives you around just points out the car and then you have to go look to see if the part is available.

Owner is super rude and charges pretty much retail prices on parts. Save yourself the time and just buy the parts online instead of stopping here. Wanted to charge me 35 bucks for a 3inch plastic molding. DO NOT COME HERE!

I paid for parts that were too difficult for them to remove. they were using a fork lift to remove a steering box, the job was too hard that they gave up on the task. they kept the tip of course, ratas!

Way too over priced for simple parts! guys in the back / yard are super nice and very helpful but owner or whomever at front desk very rude and would keep answering phone while customers are in front of him with questions... also once I was given a price for a part I said never mind after finding it cheaper way cheaper some where else he literally ignored me and started answering phone ....: very unprofessional place will never come for parts here again... starting to think the positive reviews on this place are fake and made up so they don’t have a 1 star rating cause I don’t see how someone felt they deserved 5 stars .... do better..

Do not get transmissions from this place.We got one and the trasmitission defective and after a month there is no warranties at all.I been a mechanic for 25 years and never got this bad service.

Called 2 weeks in advance inquiring for a vehicle transmission and was advised that the part was available and for the said price. Called before arriving at the junk yard and was advised the part was available and proceeded to meet with the staff. After looking for and finding the part was given a price and proceeded to pay deposit. After several days of waiting for a call back to pick up the transmission after a pick up date was established by the staff I decided to call back and was then informed that the transmission was broken so I had to go back and meet with the staff to request my refund. Wasted time and still waiting to get refund on my card and keep looking for a new place for a part that couldve already had it.

Good yard, helpful people. Even attempted to help me with a nearly impossible task. Honda D16Z6 is a damn hard to find engine. Even cores. They even allowed me to search the cores to see if I could get lucky. Unfortunately I didnt get a winner, but Id recommend these guys to anyone. They went the extra mile even while being busy as all get out. Even able to get me prices.

The man in the front is money hungry. He has his prices higher than online pricing. You won’t match prices. People are friendly and helpful but they had me wait 45 mins to get the part I needed.

Fast and friendly service. Fair prices on parts. I highly recommend this place. I shopped around, compared prices as i needed work done on my vehicle. I didnt have to wait for an appointment and I saved money. I was on the road within 24 hours.

They were amazing! They drove us to the cars to see which parts we liked, pulled it off for us with the clips and screws all for a very afordable price! They also said they could install it for us! I am definitely coming back for all my car needs!

Well what can i say, I had gone to several places on Montana and I came across this one and I actually loved it. They were awsome, friendly and the prices were decent! I wont go anywhere else for my vehicles needs!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is extremely expensive and has no real knowledge of customer service, or how used parts shouldnt cost more then new. Im surprised he is still in business. I asked for a part that they were going to pull them selves and it took well over an hour to pull a part that should have taken 10 min... extremely frustrated with this place we asked for our money back and left... NEVER AGAIN

Very bad experience, especially because of the treatment and the person who is at the front desk, is the same one who answers the phone, even if they have the part, they will take forever to give it to you.You can mark in advance that you are going to pick up a certain part, and even so the subject does not send to disassemble it, until you are there present, very bad.Almost a week waiting for a part to be taken from me, because the man wanted a deposit, because if you are going to have the part there sir, what do you want a deposit for, if they do not arrive for the nimodo part, he will wait for it again. I recommend them as a last option and for a change they close at 5:30 but, if you go at 4:30 they will tell you to come earlier.And most importantly, the prices are EXPENSIVE, what a disaster of experience.1/5
