I accompanied a friend to drop of his motorcycle to get serviced. Its been 4 weeks and they havent even called with an update. We had to physically stop by a week ago and ask for an update. The staff member that helped us had no clue of the status on the bike. He had a complete mess on his desk, not to mention the store itself, and took a good 15 minutes to get organized and give us an answer. He said it wasnt going to take much longer than a few days... were still waiting. My friend did mention that good service helps get the word out for more business, but he said that reviews and referrals dont matter. Well, Ill let you decide. Its sad to see businesses like these in our communities.

We were in need of a motorcycle shop that could do our sons spokes and we came across Ace. They were awesome and professional. Theyre turn around time was much faster than the other shops we called. Thank you!

Took my bike in for service and they were courteous and concerned about my problem. Its still there and I believe they listened to me about a burned clutch. Lets see how it goes. I will follow up.

I would give them a 1/2 star. They charged me for an oil change and they did not do it. I got it back bone dry. I also paid them for another service that I was charged for and I had to take it back to have it done right

August 2020 left my bike there for a stator repair Oct 2021 still waiting on it . No updates no courtesy calls nothing everytime I go and ask they say your bike is next bro.

Assured me my bike would done in a timely manner it wasnt. gave me a estimate then they came back with me owing the 50% higher and that was with only tearing down bike. he couldnt give me price for putting it together. GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FIRST. do your own work.

Very bad service to start with the attitude was always disinterested as if they did not want to work, apart from that they never gave me a budget, they did not tell me what materials they used for the service, they stole a key ring of my keys with a lot of sentimental value and the worst thing is that it was a 10 dlls keychain was not even expensive, and the worst thing was that they gave me the motorcycle with low rear tire air levels and I almost fell on the i10, I do not recommend the services of this company at all, they boast of an excellent service and the truth will never go and if they go check everything wellFeedbackWeb Result with Site Links

This is the number 1 motor cycle shop in town!! extremely trust worthy great prices. The Most honest people that will ever work on your bike. If there is something wrong on you bike and is not too much to fix they will fix it for you. My 1400 Suzuki intruder is running better than ever after I got my service done there, there was a tremendous difference on the way my bike ran after the service. Extremely grateful and all for a good price not expensive at all.

Great service, quality work. I brought my V Star 1100 in for tires, and they did the job well and quickly. I initially had set an appointment with a different place that cancelled me last minute. So Ace got my business instead. The guys were friendly, and looked over my bike to make sure there werent any other issues, and had no issues with me asking to keep my old tubes. In fact, they came running out with them because I almost forgot them. Overall, a good honest Christian business.

Horrible service! Do not waste your time here! I took my bike cause my headlight wasnt turning on. And while it was there I decided to buy a tire from them. Well it turns out that about 3 weeks later they call me saying that my bike was ready! When I went to pick it up I asked what was the headlight problem? Little did I know that they never fixed the headlight! When I asked why the problem wasnt fixed, the owner stated and I quote that is just too much work ! Man I was furious. My bike was there for 3 weeks and they only put a rear tire. He didnt even check the headlight problem (which was the main reason I took it in the first place) Anyway I took it to a mechanic in Juarez and had it ready the next day and charged me 50 bucks! Seriously! Talk about incompetent people(Ace moto). Make sure this is the last place you think about before bringing your bike in. As for me, first and last time. Juarez is the best! Cheap and quick!

The owner, Ace, is the best motorcycle mechanic I know. Hes honest, very knowledgeable, and is more than fair. Plus, his prices are less expensive than most competitors (check for yourself). I wont let anyone else touch my bike!

Terrible service! I called in advance to get a tune up and oil change and was told it would be an hour and when I went in it ended up being close to 4 hours! Also, during the wait I was up-sold on some tires which the technician started to take off and then realized he didnt have the right size. I was then charged a $45 fee to put the old tires back on the bike! Unfortunately, this isnt the only time Ive had trouble with these guys. Im not sure why I went back again, they move so slow and often times dont have parts in stock. I would definitely go somewhere else!

Very nice small/medium sized shop, greeted by friendly counter help named Mike, They have way better prices than TEK, edge, and Viva on service and most items like oil filters, spark plugs, gas cans, tubes, and they can order anything out of the catalogs, when you order something it shows up fast and they will call you to remind you it has arrived.In conclusion. I had gotten into a collision with my r1 and unfortunately neither me or the other guy had insurance. This shop not only worked with me to try to get the motorcycle fixed as cheap and reliable as possible but they also had patience with coming up with the payment and keept me inform of anything it might need . So thankfull to chop one of the mechanics and person who helped me out the whole way . Couldn’t be anymore happier and my bike runs as good as new .

So I took my gsxr 600 in to have ace MOTO check it out and to do a full service on it and I got it back the next day. I picked it up and start driving it home, I get close to my house and I notice the temperature was going pretty high because the fan wasn’t turning on(I didn’t realize it at the time).I turn the bike off in a parking lot for a little bit to let it cool off and called ace moto and they said bring it back in and they will check it out. They thought maybe there was an air bubble in the radiator. Another day passes and they call me saying the wire harness was melting and there was a blown fuse so the fan didn’t turn on and apparently there was a air filter pipe( can’t remember what exactly what it was) that wasn’t attached correctly and it wasn’t the right one so they ordered the parts, estimated time was 10-15 days.A month roles by and I’m being told the parts aren’t there yet. Understandable sometimes it happens I’m in no rush I just want the bike I’m running condition. I get a call saying it’s ready for pickup. I go by and pick it up I start riding it and my fuel light goes off, alright no biggy I’ll get some gas. I top it up and start riding home, the fuel light is now blinking so I pull over and turn the bike off and on a couple times to see if that resets it. The bike continues to blink so I call back and let them know what’s going on. I’m told to bring it back and they will check it out again. They say it’s because of the wire harness. I accept that it makes sense. They separate the wires and put electrical tape to separate them. I figure I can deal with not having my fuel gauge for a little while. I start to ride home again and then the bike shuts down on me. My dash isn’t lighting up, and it won’t start. So I had to get it towed to my house.I wasn’t having any problems with the bike before I took it into ace moto, now I’m out roughly $700 now for everything they did and having to have it towed to my house. I do not recommend going here.

This is a terrible place of business, I took my Ducati motorcycle for a specific repair and they sat on it for months. Finally they told me they did not have a proper tool but still charged me for another repair which I did not authorize. I have a Better Business Bureau complaint on the website and I’m still pending a small claims court. They are very unprofessional, they are very unethical, And they are very rude!

Friendly staff. Called for some tire and work prices and they said they would call me back. They actually called back! Not only that, they gave me run down of all their available tires and special orders, prices, and suggestions based on my riding style. When I went in they remembered me based off the 1 call even though it was weeks before. Got the job done same day. Will be back for future service!

I was initially excited at the multiple good reviews of this place. However, my experience was less than stellar. I dropped my bike off for a simple oil change and tire replacement - end of july. They assured me they were the fastest place in town and theyd be done soon. A few weeks later I call and they say they havent done any work because the parts arent in. Weeks later they say they didnt do the work because they noticed my bike was leaking from some hoses and theyd have to take the engine apart....each time I was the one to call. They didnt even bother to tell me these concerns and why they were taking forever. I called several weeks afterwards and they say I was supposed to give a down-payment for such a big job and thats why they hadnt done anything yet. I finally get my bike back in November after the fun summer riding months are over and they tell me what took me so long to pick it up...every single call I made they said they were the best in town and most professional but the lack of communication and taking over 4 months really make me question their assessment. The quality of work seemed to be good, but my bike was rusted from being outside uncovered, very dirty from their dirt floors and no garage to keep the bikes. Overall I was very displeased with this group and would not recommend their services.

I dropped off my motorcycle just to get it started they took it apart to check the work that had been done elsewhere and ended up breaking my bike and not owning up to it. They gavie me back the bike in boxes and charged me for it. My bike was there over a month and I never got a phone call I always had to call just to find out what was going on. Horrible customer service and dishonest

Be careful if you buy a bike from these guys and take your mechanic with you if you are going to or you may end up with a useless bike, I highly recommend not to buy a bike from them.
