From the minute I booked my appointment with them on the phone until my clothes dryer was fixed, I received excellent service. Ray, the owner, repaired my dryer in a timely fashion. Everyone that I dealt with was polite and courteous.
They do not know how to keep an appointment they gave me the appointment 2 weeks far out and still didnt show up. Look elsewhere for people who actually do show up to do a damn job
Absolutely horrible service. They were contacted by Samsung to do warranty work as a Samsung approved service company. The tech comes out and simply says that the compressor is locked up, needs repaired, and they don’t have the right kind of Freon. They then closed t he work order with Samsung. After speaking to the Samsung rep they couldn’t figure out why they “couldn’t” repair it. Now we get to wait even longer to have a refrigerator again. Total fail on this company.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Not only has my ice maker gone out 3 times, they refuse to except that the part was never fixed to begin with. The first time I paid for the labor and the part to be completely replaced. The technician never actually diagnosed the problem, just expected me to pay for a whole new ice maker (the fridge is less than a year old). The second time he came out -less than 2 months later- he literally just opened the fridge and said it was fine. He said unless I wanted to pay for another ice maker, that I should just deal with it. It’s out again for a 3rd time. I called and the “manager” basically screamed at me, demanding money for them to even come out and look at it. She cut me off numerous times and essentially could care less that my ice maker breaks every 6 - 8 months. Verbatim said “you can shove it and go find someone else then” and then hung up on me.
BEWARE!!! I called for service. They told me $55 service call and if repairs done with them, $55 would get applied towards repairs. I agreed. Guy gets here and tells me its the compressor. I ask how much for repairs so we could go ahead and fix it. He tells me price but then says that they no longer employ the guy that fixes compressors. So I pointed out that basically my $55 went to waste as now I have to get another company to come out here and fix it. He said yes. Never again will I call them.
Very knowledgeable - answered questions - very polite - repaired my appliance same day...
