My washer broke about a month ago... I was referred to Max Appliance through a friend of mine and I must say well worth it. When I entered store I was approached by a female I think her name was Brianna, anyway she was very friendly and real polite she knew what she was talking about ...when I chose my washer and when it came time to pay, the clerk I think name was Ronald was just as polite. Very friendly and provided very good customer service. You want good service and reliable appliances Max Appliances is where it’s at.

Extremely over priced and terrible service. Expect to be treated with zero respect if you find a part way less expensive somewhere else. I found OEM parts online for a fraction of what they sell at their “store” and they were trying to sell me a generic universal cheap part for 6X the price. When I questioned to make sure they quoted me the correct price they began to mock me. I will never go back or buy anything from them. Save your money and go somewhere else. They are lucky the reviews don’t offer zero stars I think one star is more than they deserve.

HORRIBLE SERVICES! If you EVER need anything fixed DONT ever trust these people to help you out. They will not fix your appliance and refuse to give you your money back. The owner (name on card) is beyond rude his answer for everything was “well take me to court”.They had our appliance for a month, raised the price to fix it, and had horrible communication with us. We were also given a date as to when it would be ready, and for some reason we never heard from them, when we reached out and they said they had called once and no one answered so their solution was to just stop contacting us. Apparently they are incapable of leaving a voicemail.We asked for an itemized receipt. however their receipts fail to specify anything.Too bad you can’t give NO stars.Posted this on FB and hopefully everyone sees who Not to go to.

Guys I got robbed! No joke. Needed my dishwasher(DW) to get fixed. It was throwing massive amount of water from the front panel. These ppl at MAX QUALITY APPLIANCE said they could fix it and quoted me $150. Took the DW from my home and left.Two weeks pass with no contact from them. I call them and they informed me that they’ve be trying to reach me with no avail. I checked my missed calls and had none from them. On that same call they tell me that they needed to reach out to me because the part needed to fix the DW will now raise the balance to $220. I was first amazed and this expensive part, but hey, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went on to approve it.Two weeks after that they call me stating the DW is ready. AWESOME, so they came in later that day to install it. The tech. ran a rinse cycle and no water dripped, so naturally I thought it was fixed. I paid and the tech stated you have 3 month warranty and he left. As soon as he left I put the DW to use and started to wash some dishes in the DW. I left the house and when I came back water was all over the floor. THE PROBLEM HAD NOT BEEN FIXED.So I call them back, stating the problem wasn’t fixed, they stated they Would send someone tomorrow (sat). No one ever came. Call them up today and told them that no one came on Saturday and that I no longer wanted anything to do with them and I wanted my money back. She said she would send a tech to my house.Hours later the owner himself shows up states “I’m here to see a DW” and I told him no, I’m done with you guys I don’t want anything to do with you guys, I just want my money back. To which he replied “I’m sorry, We can’t do that”😳 appalled I replied “WHAT DO YOU MEAN!? How do I get my money back?” And his answer, THE OWNER, states “YOU CAN TAKE ME TO COURT” 🤬🤬🤬🤬 guys I’m LIVID. Now I’m down $220 and still with a broken DW.Don’t make the same mistake I did. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PPL!!

Ron is very professional and polite. He fixed my refrigerator right on the spot, at a very good price. He was very detailed on the repair very professional and even gave me warranty on the repair. Highly recommended👌🏼

I do not recommend this place. I left my refrigerator with them to fix. It took more than 5 months and didnt fix it. In those 5 months Ive been calling them and they ask for more time, they ask me for a hundred and fifty dollars to fix it and the total was supposed to be 300.00 dlls. After so many calls and chances to fix the refrigerator they told me is going to cost me 360.00 dlls more. I have to take back mi appliance cause I have no more money to expend with them. Have no idea what to do in this case.

Never again! It was a hassle dealing with these people, they were very inconsiderate with the delivery time. Employee was on something when he attempted to deliver and destroyed fridge and door frame in the process.
