She went above and beyond the role of a technician, to make sure that we were happy and at ease with all of our budget and decisions. She never hesitated to answer all questions with complete certainty. She really knows her field and is highly competent.In addition, they were really good priced, timely and trustworthy. The guys whom install the material is polite and professional and clean everything very well. I will highly recommend them to all my friends for all their home renovation needs. This is a really great company.

Typical eastern culture type rude service, installers dont even speak English, prices were high in comparison to the work and service received, we got several other quotes, but went with tl because they were just a bit closer to our home and office...their quality was ok, selection wasnt terrible, had a hard time finding stock for an island piece that matched.

Worst customer service ever. We purchased stones and installation services, but their installer stood us up and wont give us a call to get an estimated time. I called the store four times and every time they said they would call me back but they never did. Is it so hard to give a status update? It’s such a frustrating experience dealing with people who don’t care. Some reviewers said their stone prices are good, but I found other vendors with quality stones at a lower price. Would advise against anyone I know who wants to do business with them because they will waste your time and disappoint you. We ended up canceling our order.

Its been a year and half since I had my quartz countertops installed and it has discolored to the point where I need new countertops. I have had a few remodels in my lifetime and this has never happened before with other companies. This started happening after 4 months of installation and I had my contractor contact them, but they just told me to buy something to clean it. It obviously wasnt that issue. After contacting them again, they never replied to me email. The quality of the quartz is terrible! Im very disappointed with their service and products. Now i will probably have to spend thousands of dollars to have new countertops after 1 and half year...ridiculous.

Their slabs are always damaged or discolored. They don’t check to make sure the material is in good condition. They answer is too bad, we don’t care. The material is cheap Chinese garbage and terrible customer service. Please save yourselves a lot of time and driving and never purchase from this place.
