This is my favorite mechanic. Vic does a incredible job of making me feel comfortable and I always trust him with my cars. Great customer service goes a long way. Hes mastered it. Fair and honest pricing. It gets no better ! I highly recommend him.

Went in for an alignment after hitting the curb w/ my back tire. After they inspected it, the man on the front desk came to me & told me my car was in very bad condition, some stuff had been damaged & they needed to replace them but parts were gonna be expensive due to the fact that they would need to order from the dealership. He also said it was for my best interest to file an insurance claim but to go back there first to get an estimate so he can talk to the insurance so they wouldn’t give me the run around & try to rip me off. I, of course didn’t believe him. As I left, I called my cousin ( a mechanic for Red) who came down to inspect it, took it to his shop & he fixed it in no more than 30 mins .No parts were broken nor damaged NOR did I need to file an insurance claim. I would 150% not recommend this place. Save your money & go elsewhere. The 2 guys in the front desk are grimy & untrustworthy.

I would NOT recommend this location!I usually go to the Pasadena Center and had a tire emergency so I stopped at El Monte. The staff in front were not willing to help me out, even though I brought my tires from DCT. He gave customers a rude attitude. Please save your time and money and go to a different location.

This is my go to mechanic where I take my car to get fixed. They are honest, they listen and do good work. Their prices a good and fair. You will not be disappointed with their service.

I got a cheap Lionhart tire from them and it was overpriced. This place has decent customer service, but you can get a better deal at Americas Tire. Americas Tire is called Discount Tire outside of California, they have stellar customer service and better deals.

Got my new tires there. Then got them rotated and couldnt be happier.

Ive been here so many times for tires, oil changes, mechanical problems. Even to fix my automatic window. They always tell you exactly whats wrong with your car, or even whats not wrong with it. I even went in with a check engine light on. They ran the test on the car and said it was the gas cap. Instead of telling me the only way to find out was to do extensive, expensive tests. I wont take our cars any where else.

All people just recommend don’t go service at this store . They try to request fix something without issue . The guy told me my suspension bent need to fix or replace at store if don’t fix will void (lifetime alignment warranty ) don’t buy service like me .

Oil changed, filters changed, bulb changed great deal on tires for memorial buy 2 get 2 free.

I wish I can rate this with no stars. Worst customer experience I had. The 2 bald a-holes that work in the front are rude and disrespectful. Because of them I will never come here or recommend anyone to go there unless you want the same experience as I did. These guys do not know how to work with people. Avoid this place. You will get better service somewhere else.

Although the prices were very reasonable for a new tire, my tire didnt last long about 4 months before dying out again. But you get what you pay for.

They didnt fix my tire though i had RHZ warranty. They think the fact i used a plug myself causes the tire to get worse in a way they cant fix it anymore. The bold guy literally told me that i lost my insurance for that and he got mad and his tone got aggressive. I filed a claim to their official site and never even got a reply. They dont care about customers. Lucky they didnt get sued yet. Im never going to Discount Tire Centers anymore. We were discussing the flat tire and he started giving me some illogical replies by saying that they gave me a good offer (buy 2 tires get 2 free) when i first bought tires and he said u refused to change lower control arm which caused the second tire to get worse. The fool was surprized when i told him i already changed it right away immediately after he told me to do so but i did it somewhere else. These guys are bad. Either go to other branch or never go there at all.

I got the full tire package for all four tires. The guys are quick, on point, and more than happy to explain things like im 5. I do not know anything about tires, but the guy explained everything to me honestly (I cross referenced his explination on google later). Then recently I hit a pot hole and ripped up two tires. I did not know how much the wheel insurance covered so I was scared at first, thinking I might have been cheated into paying more to have it all void by some technicality. I brought it in. Gave a quick explination. The guy looks at it, looks at my paper work, and explains that he will be neeeding my keys to swap, rotate, and align the vehicle. The only thing I payed for was for the service. I walked out with two new wheels. I will be bringing my business here more often.

I was change four tires there and replace brake pad,I need to go there for four time to have it done, 1st thime, place order, 2nd time replace front two tires, 3rd time only one rear tire have to go back, 4th time get done, I was also charged with a tire service agreement without any notify, when I found out they agree credit back, but I dont see any credit back to my account, Call them and staff was rude, and not willing to credit back and want me go there one more time, to show statement,I will not go there and will not purchase there any more
