Wish I could give 6 stars. We were sent the wrong color vanity and were behind on a deadline and Raymond stepped up huge and made sure the correct one was sent to our home super expedited. I understand mistakes can happen and they do happen, however, their ability to right the wrong and send out an amazing high quality item to our home just in time was incredible. I cant wait to buy from them again. They receive my highest praise. So thankful for Raymond and the Moreno Bath Team.

We purchased a vanity from a friend that was manufactured by Moreno Bath. We knew it had had a missing drawer but was otherwise in great shape! I reached out and was put in contact with Raymond, who has been so amazing and patient throughout the whole process. He took time to locate and find the drawer for us by reaching out to the warehouses. He did not owe us anything and very easily could have just said no, but he went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend this company who puts such emphasis on customer care!

Had to go to their showroom twice because despite going during store hours, the store had not opened yet. Aside from this, this place is great. the associate James is very knowledgeable and was able to answer alloy questions. Vanities are very stylish and easy to install. Customer service at this place is good and accommodating. Would defiantly use again.

I was very exited with Moreno Bath’s product but even more impressed with their customer service. James Youn is the man. James is very knowledgeable with the product and extremely welcoming. He always made time for my wife and I. He answered our questions, made time for us and always returned my phone calls promptly. During our remodel, I made some measurement errors and ordered the wrong size vanity and mirror. James was extremely helpful in helping me replace the order and went out of his way to have the new product delivered and the original product picked up, packaged and returned. Because of James, I’ll definitely be coming back and sending everyone Who’s remodeling their bathroom to Moreno Bath. Thanks again James, you rock brother!

I went to Moreno yesterday and met Edgar. He helped me pick the vanity. I was in and out in 30 mins. I asked if I don’t like the color once I take it home and he said I can bring it back and exchange it. They have 30 days return policy. Full refund for 30 days.

Firstly, customer service here is great! It’s a local small business but they really strive to help you find the right vanity and make you feel confident with your purchase. Ero and David were very helpful and didn’t pressure me to make a purchase. Prices are fair and quality is good.They mainly have very modern stuff and carry a few traditional styles. overall a good variety. If you’re looking for a bathroom vanities, this is a place worth checking!

Calling Tona Bathroom Vanity I was not sure what to expect, I live on the East Coast. I was in need of just a sink top and saw just what I needed on their website. The salesman was very friendly and returned calls when he said he would. Order was place in a timely manner. Would have cost me more at the big box store in my town and take longer to get it too. The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience and very appreciated, I would recommend Tona Bathroom to anyone.

Excellent selection of high quality, yet affordable bathroom fixtures. Vanities, faucets, shower equipment, toilets, bidets, etc. Onilne ordering is easy and their showroom staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

The Product is sub-par at best and when i had a damaged product they refused to refund my money or exchange the product. We also had an issue with the finish not being what is pictured on the website.

I bought a cabinet for almost 1000 dls .. through the home depot the rails do not work well I spoke to the company they told me they would send me the rails ... they lied to me they did not send them .. now I have to remove the cabinet and take it to home depot. .. very, very customer service ... it is also too expensive
