Great fast, friendly customer service .big selection.

The store is always neat and always have what I need! But I give them 1 star because they have horrible customer service here they even make you feel uncomfortable while shopping or scared to even ask a question because they carry a grumpy face specially the taller girl with blonde hair uhhh I think she hates what she does by the look of her face! Unfortunately we have to shop here because there removing the Sallys at Rosemead 😭 the girls there are so nice❤

Rude staff that was too busy being a doorman that she wasnt helping customers

At this sallys location they arent too helpful.. I just went in yesterday because i got a coupon in the mail saying i have a free item to reedem and it expires at the end of this month and 2 employees told me i was unable to redeem this free item because they were not sure if the codes were the same and i was also wanting my free item for renewing my sallys beauty club card and again i wasnt able to get it because they couldnt get in touch with corporates office. A few weeks ago on the 7th of January i renewed my card and was expecting my free item because every single time i have ever renewed my club card i always got the free item that same day but the cashier told me she couldnt give it to me until i received an email saying i could redeem it. So yesterday when i went in asking about this and them telling me i couldnt get my free item upon club card renewal i was shocked because this was the very first time this has happened to me. They acted like if i came in demanding a free item without any proof. I said i would wait until Monday which is tomorrow to come in and see if they can get a hold of corporate to speak about this situation. I never write bad reviews if any but this is ridiculous. I would never demand anything free to begin with and was simply wanting my product upon club card renewal which i should have gotten when i initially renewed my card not 2 weeks later.

The girls are always friendly and very helpful

Very bad attitude asked a worker if the hair dye i picked out would work with my hair without bleach and got an answer but with really bad attitude

They dont pay attention when customers ask for help and talk on the phone.

The employees answer the phone and never speak.
