These people (previously at Hidalgo) have been taking great care of my current Previa and my past two Previas for years. They care about my familys safety. A perfect example is when my daughter and I were traveling out of town and I incurred car trouble. I called them and they waited after hours for me to arrive and arranged for a rental car. They even took me to the car rental facility and wouldnt leave us until they were sure we were on our way. I got to see my mother one day before she passed away and she was so happy. Ive spoken with other customers while waiting for my car and they agree that they treat us customers like family members!

This is the one and only mechanic I will ever go to again, and, as I am here and now declaring, it is the only shop I will or ever have recommend to anyone else.The three main people Id like to mention are Viannay, Edwin, and Arcinio. Viannay runs the office, and Edwin along with Arcinio are the mechanics. I was referred to them through a life-long friend, and they ended up not only being the most straight forward, honest mechanics Ive ever run across, but theyare equally as nice and kind.I know 90% of the population is looking for an honest and fair priced mechanic. Look no further because V&E Auto Repair will be the last time you will ever have to wonder if youre being charged correctly, not to mention charged for only the problems that actually exist.I dont know how much Ive been ripped off in the past, but I am extremely confident those days are over. I have been taking my car to Renee and Arsenio for 14 plus years. Even though we moved to downtown LA I still take my car out to El Monte to receive care from Renee and Arsenio Now named V & E Auto Repair. Why? Because I can trust them to do an excellent job, charge me a fair price, do the work in a timely manner and all with friendliness and kindness. Their shop is clean and organized. It is a welcoming place for me to get my own work done while waiting for my car. I pass up dozens of repair shops on my way to V & E Auto Repair because I can and do trust Renee and Arsenio. I also like them as people. They have become my friends.
