Bought a part here, it had a lifetime warranty. The part failed 3 times. I went with authentic honda and the problem is fixed, Napa gave me a full refund. Some parts just have to be bought at the dealer. Anyway, will keep continue buying here, great customer service.

The lady who answered the call was very polite and answered ny question to the best of her knowledge and also offered to order the item i needed at the time and have it in a few days

Charged me 5$ for charging my friends battery and didnt charge any other time prior until the day i went to pick it up

Really bad and slow customer service. Took 30 min for one person. Which is fine but the guy took 25 min to ring up 2 items. Kept for getting the part. And my cars model and year when he wrote it right in front of him. Still ended up with wrong car and almost sold me wrong part. Never.explained things to be about picking up my.part and my AAA discount. The staff was all cussing and being really disrespectful
