I was involved in a minor car accident that damaged the front bumper so I made an appointment to get my car assessed. My new car, a 2021 Corolla Apex, was involved in a hit and run, and I was extremely worried that my car would never look the same! The grey color I have is very uncommon and I wasnt sure that the repair shop my insurance sent me to, Fix Auto, would be able to perfectly match the color to my picky standards, but Chris assured me the car would come out amazing, and it did! The shop was VERY responsive, answered every question I had, which as an owner whose car is like their baby that means a lot of questions! I am MORE than ecstatic about the way my car came out and should some misfortunate damage happen again due to someone elses lack of driving skill or unbounded ignorance, this will CERTAINLY be my requested shop through insurance. 100% recommend.

I’d like to genuinely thank Fix Auto El Monte for taking care of my Tesla case. They quickly handled the body work with the insurance and kept me updated during process. At the time of drop off, they gave me a courtesy ride all the way home 25 miles away. They even charged my car and gave it a detail at the end. My car looks brand new, as if nothing had ever happened. Highly recommend this place, even if you’re coming from a little further away. Most importantly, you can trust them.

Update: it’s September and and someone hit my model 3 again, I brought it back because they did such a great job last time. This time was no exception the staff was phenomenal, special thanks to Corina for walking us through the process and making sure we got constant updates. We got the car a week earlier than anticipated. Very happy and satisfied would definitely recommend this Tesla authorized shop.March 2021:Took my Tesla Model 3 to get a door ding fixed and they had it ready within the week. They detailed the car and had it ready when promised. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and professional walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date with the cars progress. This is one of the few Tesla authorized shops in the area that are top tier. We also had a rental car and we were able to leave it there with them, and they took care of returning it to Enterprise. Would definitely recommend this shop for any of your Tesla related needs.

The intake for my car was awesome and seemless. I missed my appointment but they let me just show up. They got me a lyft back home!! . I selected these guys from a random search but they are top class. This is prior to fixing my car so we will see once they fix my car.

A woman opened her car door into my Model 3. I brought it here as they are Tesla-approved and because of the excellent reviews they have. From the first time I called them until I picked up my car they were a dream to work with. Denise handled everything from scheduling a time for me to bring my vehicle in, being the liaison between the woman’s insurance and myself, all the way to setting up a rental vehicle for me. She is just amazing. Everyone at this shop, from the mechanics to the managers, are so friendly and strive to give the best customer service. The whole process with them was seamless. TBH, I would not mind someone opening their car door into my vehicle again because it was so headache-less working with them.

Great work by David and his team. Tesla Model3 Auto-Pilot/CC issue that required some body work after Radar replacement so that Radar could be properly recalibrated. Teslas own service shop near me was not capable of this even though they replaced Radar (I still dont know why they accepted to repair and only did the simplest job of replacing a part when they knew they could not have addressed all related issues to ACTUALLY SOLVE the problem). So I took it to David at Fix Auto in El Monte. Very glad I went to David who did a thorough job with Lifetime warranty. This shop is very courteous, offered me the long way ride back, even delivered the fixed car to my door. I recommend David and Fix Auto El Monte for all the finicky Tesla repairs.

This auto body shop is absolutely awesome!! Unfortunately, I was rear ended. The insurance company recommended going to one of their approved shops, Fix Auto. Soon as I hung up with the gentleman from the insurance company I received a text from fix auto with the appointment and address. When I arrived, the gal who took care of me immediately contacted enterprise who picked me up Within minutes upon completing dropping off my car at the autobody shop. I was provided with a car that was comparable to my own. I dropped off my vehicle on Tuesday and was told I would receive my vehicle on Friday evening. However, I received a call on Thursday morning and much and to my surprise, not only was did my car look brand new on the outside, it looked brand new on the inside as well. Fix Auto detailed the interior as well as exterior of my vehicle. The customer service gal at the El Monte office is knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend this shop!

I had my car rear ended on the passenger side. My tail light was cracked and the side fender and bumper dislocated. They did everything to make it right by replacing all the parts with original new ones! Super pleased and satisfied with how it came out. Got my Tesla model 3 rear ended and these guys know exactly how to repair one of these. Only just a few months after purchasing my Tesla I got into an accident in the car. After doing some extensive research as to what my options were, it was very limited on where I could bring my Tesla to get it repaired. If youre a Tesla owner, you can either bring it to Tesla to have them repair your vehicles. This from what I heard can take months because they are so backed up. The other option was to bring my Tesla to a certified Tesla repair facility. I did more research on what repair facility can fix my Tesla and found Fix Auto in El Monte. They are a Tesla approved repair facility. They had some amazing reviews from other Tesla owners. David, my repair advisor took very good care of me and walked me through the entire process from beginning till end. They repaired my Tesla where I dont even noticed it was ever damaged. If anything, I got my car back looking much newer than when I brought it in. I have to give it up for Fix Auto and for David for helping me make a painful and confusing process very easy. If youre ever need to fix your Tesla thats been in an accident. Call Fix Auto and make sure to speak to David. Excellent person to work with and they know how to fix Teslas inside and out.

The service here was amazing. I picked my Moms car up for her following a car accident. The body work was neat and very thourough. We picked the car up from David who explained the work they did to a T and ensured everything was working and operating like normal by doing a test before we left.
