Everytime I called to follow up they were responsive, informative and would follow up with phone calls to provide constant updates. Its not my first time coming here, and they just keep getting better on how they treat their clients. They went above and beyond with my vehicle and fixed scratches and dents they didnt need too. And they do a great job with the paint. Highly recommend this place. Worth the price you pay

Hung Nguyen is hands down the best mechanic you will find. Trustworthy!!

They do pretty good work. But if you have any aftermarket parts on your car that the vehicle manufacturer doesnt stock be ready to do the footwork and hunt down all your after market parts. If there sources dont carry the parts they dont hunt them down. I had to locate my rims and tires on my own before they would order them. But they did put my car back together again. I took them about 2 weeks to complete the job.

You would think that a company who works with auto insurance companies for repairs and has a 4.9 rating on Google would answer their phone. Ive been calling for the past 10 minutes and it just keeps ringing.Edit: 3:26 PST, still no answer. Clearly you dont want business so my 1 star review will stay.

Just got my car back from them, they sounds unhappy with the negative survey I gave them. They are ok, they are good. Maybe they should improve they customer service, keep their customers updated either texts or calls. Tree is ok, he likes to show off the work he did for his customers, that’s fine. Don’t forget to update information for your customers. The lady work in the front instead of throwing that face at your customers, you look prettier when you are smiling. I hope you can get better. Duc seems like a kind and nice guy through I have not deal with him too much, he is trying to help his customers.
