I feel like 3 stars is to much but I guess you could kind of say the owner honored the warranty I bought a fridge from this place 1 and a half ago it ended up taking a dump in 3 weeks he brought a replacement fridge instead of fixing the one we bought that one took a dump 3 weeks later tomorrow he said he will refund me the money I paid and take back his merchandise its unfortunate it had to go like that but just be aware when buying from him.

My husband bought a washer and dryer from here more than five times already. They never fail to amaze us. My husband and I enjoy it so much. These past reviews don’t make sense because things have been working out for the past years, boss tries his best to take care of anyone. Had the best business with them.

He fixed my fridge the first time it was having freezing issues, he came and fixed for a decent price! After a month, I had an unrelated noise issue which he came and fixed in no time ! was honored w the warranty and didnt have to pay the second time around.My mom used to come to this place when i was a kid, and I can see why! Highly recommend

I bought a fridge from them a little over 4 years ago. They delivered and took out my old fridge for a great price. He promised at least 2 years with a 3 month warranty and my fridge last me 4 years. Im so happy and will be returning soon for a new one and a washer and dryer. The owner was super kind and helped with any repairs I needed at a very decent price.

I received excellent service, my fridge need a minor repair. I was only charged for the service call. Very reasonable rate, 1/2 of what others quoted. Ill use them in the future.

Mr. Chue was good and he came second time when the part failed next day and changed the part. He is honest and honored the gurantee.

Bought a dryer from here with delivery and install. It only lasted a year. Also, they only take cash, which in an of itself, is pretty shady. I was never told this on the phone, and the installer looked at me like he wanted to kill me when I took out my card. Go to a Big Box store. Youre better off.

Well I bought a washer n dryer and they lasted more than 10+ years, I also bought a double door refrigerator in 2015 and havent had a problem. Thank you P & L Appliances!

BEWARE!! OVER ONE THOUSAND IN DAMAGES!!! Did some washer repairs in my home and did not replace hose back in the water drain. Water leaked onto my carpet in my hallway and rooms. Called them to talk about damages and have not heard back.

I purchased a rebuild ge profile arctica refrigerator, paid them cash, brought it home myself, and the next day i had cockroaches in my entire apartment. less than three years later the fridge broke down on me.P & L Appliances are not in business because of their quality, definitely not because of their customer service but simply because of there prices. cheap, cheap, cheap. you get what you pay for here. I suggest you pay 20% more and find a better reliable store. I will file a claim with the bbb and never do business with this company again!
