Purchased a used stainless steel refrigerator. Did not go into the store to see it. Bought it on the internet based on online photos. Lady on the phone said it was in excellent condition. Delivered to my house for a small delivery fee. Refrigerator was in excellent condition. Two weeks in and it works as it is supposed to. Very happy with this company and my refrigerator.

Becky took advantage of senior. Becky is real good at putting you on the back burner. Dont expect anything good from this place, they buy stuff at auction and sell it as is without refurbishing. They do not clean or sanitize, dont check if holding temps, dont clean coils, they didnt even add Freon before delivering,If you buy from here, youll be sorry. What a ripoff!!!! Youve been warned!

Paid $760 for a refrigerator. $150 for delivery fee. Becky sold me a refrigerator that wasnt in the shop, she said she had what I wanted in the warehouse and would deliver. Waited 4 months for delivery. Within a month needed freon. Then 4 months later needed freon again! Obviously sold me junk.Would not refund money.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

I met 3 sales people/owners there. I know them name of one though - Becky. They showed me options about all with the rates. I ordered them. All I had something unknown - was give them a bit extra time than promised. Since some parts were to be ordered, and shortage of delivery men due to covid. I had patience and they took care of it. Thanks for helping out environment to not just throw and buy new gadgets and appliances’ but fixing and reusing them, also helping ones who cannot afford new ones or end up with credit card bills that one has to end up paying for years! I applaud hard working caring women’ specially local small businesses! I will recommend this store’ for any one looking for used appliances at a good reasonable price.

Rude the woman Becky is so rude. When you call her or she calls you she acts as if its such a bother to talk to you, shes loud and overbearing. My apt manager had them bring me a stove because my other one the oven quit working, they brought it out and plugged it in and it didnt work. He proceeds to tell me my outlet doesnt work, yes it does, I just used the burners on it yesterday. So he leaves, electrician comes out, outlet is fine stove needs a new cord. It takes over a week for them to come back and put a cord on it. Only good thing about this mess is the stove looks nice and is clean, but was missing a knob, that he says blew off on the freeway driving over. So he put a white one off my old stove on it, Ill just buy new ones off of Amazon as my OCD cant live with the mismatched knobs.

My family has purchased many washer and dryers from them over the years with no issues.. but this last experience will be my last. I will never use this business again. I picked out a particular washing machine and when they came to deliver it they brought the wrong machine and it was broken. I called Becky she apologized and said didnt know what happened to the washer I picked out and that the ones she currently had in stock werent great and if I would wait till the following week when they went to auction to get a better quality machine. I agreed, a week later no call, so I call again and get the same response. I finally purchased a new machine elsewhere and was never given a refund. Worst customer service experience!

We bought a used dryer for $100 and it works great and for $20 they even delivered it to me and took my old one. They said they would be out a little after 4PM and call ahead of time. Well they didnt call but they did arrive around 345PM and hooked everything up. I dont know if I would buy a refrigerator here but I definitely would buy a used washer/dryer.

Do NOT buy from this business. They took advantage of my 88 year old father, who is on a fixed income, needing a refrigerator, during this holiday season. If that is not the worst, I dont what is for a business! My father trusting this company he previously purchased an appliance from, paid for a refrigerator without seeing it. They delivered during the dark at night a refrigerator that was not what he and the manager of this business agreed on. He saw rust on the item and told the delivery men to take it back. Next day he and the manager agreed she would resend the correct refrigerator. Again it was delivered in the dark at night. It was not the correct refrigerator again. He thought he would keep it because he needs one and when he plugged it in, it tripped the circuit breaker twice. He had the delivery men take it back again. Next day, Monday or Tuesday, he went back to the business and asked for a refund. The same manager stated she would have to discuss this with her bookkeeper and he should get the refund in his account on Friday. First of all I have refunded my share of items and if they are able to swipe your debit card to take your money, they sure can swipe your card to refund your money. The manager states it has to go thru their bookkeeper. I got involved when I found out from my father on Wednesday afternoon. I called this manager and she was rude, non apologetic, never admitted to sending my father items they didnt agree on, and was very unprofessional. The money was NOT in his account on Friday. Not Saturday or today Sunday! This company took advantage of a trusting elderly man!!! Do not buy from Sun Cities Appliance!!

Bought a dryer from this place, and they change make and model about 3 times before they finally delivered a dryer which was not acceptable. Went to store to get a refund and was told it had to come from owner and would be delivered to the store with paychecks that week. It has been several weeks now and still no refund money. Will not buy from this place again and will not recommend this place to friends or family

This is my local appliance store. I just moved here and I needed a washer & dryer. They didn’t have any newer models in stock so Becky said they would get something for me in good working condition by Thursday the 18th. I call multiple times on the 18th with no answer. She calls me the next day saying she will try getting it delivered. Nothing. Saturday the 20th I finally get a call saying it’s going to be delivered, but I still have yet to see them after asking for pictures multiple times. She sends pictures when the delivery guy is already on his way to my house. They look good so I agree. Washer & dryer get to my house and their are paint chips, Dents & scratches all over both the washer & dryer. The dryer is missing a power button to turn it on. Their was one 55 yr old man here trying to get both the washer & dryer upstairs. He ruined my floor in the process of trying. She then offered a $60 discount for all of the troubles...

The tech came, took 2 minutes to look at the refrigerator, said he’d have to check and see if they had the part and never called back. I called the store, they said they’d get back to me, and never did. After 3 days of trying, and getting attitude from the lady on the phone, I gave up! Terrible service with worse communication.

Great place to buy a used appliance for a low price. We bought a dryer from them about 7 years ago and it just died. We walked in,was immediately greeted by the owners and got a great used dryer. Please dont trust the bad reviews. Will always go back.

I have to say, in the last three years we have purchased used appliances here, we typically only buy new when it comes to anything electronic but when we bought a used stand up freezer from them it worked and still does work perfectly so then we decided when our fridge went out to go there again and lo and behold another great purchase. Then last week our dryer died, instead of just getting a new dryer we decided to see what they had, we bought a newer whirlpool duet washer and dryer, the heating element in the dryer broke and they were out to the house immediately with a new one. Becky is easy to work with and seems like she just wants to get you into the right appliance, we will always return there whenever we need any appliances.

Customer service was amazing. The owner went above and beyond to deliver appliances to my sons new condo. We couldnt be happier with the clean, quality appliances that were delivered. The delivery professionals installed and set everything up. I highly recommend this business!

The absolute WORST company. Theyve been telling me for a week theyre going to come pick up appliances from me and then never show up. I called the office to see what was going on and the ignorant lady told me sell them somewhere else and hung up on me!

Seriously you guys!! Multiple requests for delivery. Paid in advance over a month ago. Said you were delivering on more than 5 different occasions.Yesterday was to be the FINAL day of acceptance of a dryer, and to fix the broken washing machine delivered after 2 weeks after payment. No one showed. Called again tonight and got lied to again. You said you were ON YOUR WAY. It is now 8:32 PM. Come pick up your broken down machine and refund my money immediately!! I havent been able to do laundry for a month with your broken promises.

Rudest call ever. I called just to see if they would take some appliances I have, but since my call had no interest to the lady who answered the call, she gave me the quickest ever “Alright, good bye,” and hung up before I could even intake the breath to ask another question. Won’t be going there if I ever need an appliance for me or any of my friends. The second star is because the phone was at least answered quickly. Purchased 6 major appliances over the last 12 years. Becky has always been very helpful. These are used appliances. Ive had a few initial issues. Becky responds quickly, repair people are always on time, if replacement parts are required, the parts arrive quickly and Becky follows up to be sure her repair folks get it fixed. I wont go to a retail store for appliances and pay a fortune when I can find what I want at SC Appliance for a quarter of the retail price. Im frugal, not stupid.

I bought a refrigerator which didnt work I called them and let them know and they sent me the repairman, which he showed up after 3pm and didnt have all the tools he needed so he had to come back the next day. The repairman showed up again after 3 closer to 4pm he put freon in the refrigerator which he said didnt fix the problem because it had some kind of blockage so he let us know that they would be swapping it out for a different one, so now on the 4th day I still dont have a working refrigerator and the one they sold me has been leaking freon and I have 3 kids in the house which one is a 4month old baby, I will never buy another appliance from here again!!!!

PROS: Staff is friendly and accommodating, especially Becky. CONS: Poor products, at least in my experience. It has been nine months and two Whirlpool refrigerators and I still have not yet ever had a properly working refrigerator. Many repair visits (no cost) to no avail. Several times I have had to throw out melted food from the freezer. Now, when the fridge fails, I put frozen food in a neighbors freezer. I am glad I have a tile kitchen because of the number of times I have had to mop the water from the floor. UPDATE: I changed from 1 star to 3 stars because they provided a third used fridge and it works well (finally, after 10 months!). Commendable follow-up until customer satisfied.

I purchased a Refrigerator from them. Payed for delivery and set up. the delivery was 4 hours late with out an update from the office. The refrigerator worked for 3 days and then quite. It was a used refrigerator so it can be expected. I called for the unit to be repaired and received a window for repair the next day. no one showed up or called to move the appointment. I missed an entire day of work to be here for them. I at this point am using coolers and ice for my perishables. I have called many time and have received the run around about where the repair tech is, when he will be here and they will call me rite back. i am sick of the run around.... I would never do business with them again.. Two weeks and the refrigerator is still not working.......

Walked in without prior reference. We were immediately greeted by one of the managers. She was extremely knowledgeable and confident that our dryer issue could be fixed. We dropped it off and picked it up a couple hours later on a Saturday. So happy with the service and integrity of this company. 3 months later and its still working like new! I had a great experience there. I just moved into town and Becky was able to give me a washer and dryer and a refrigerator in the same day delivered for a great price. Ive had them for a while now and they still were great. The delivery drivers even took my washer and dryer upstairs at no extra charge.

I was home between 2 and 5pm which is when they said they would be there to fix my fridge. No show. I called to inquire if I should keep waiting. The woman said she would call me right back. I left because I did not hear back and then get a rude voicemail that I need to reschedule because I was not there when they got there. They are not on time nor do they communicate well.

DONT DISREGARD THE BAD REVIEWS! Unfortunately, I was one to fall victim to this horrendous place. If Becky answers or assists you in the store, run the other way! She will feed you nothing but lies. And do NOT agree to do financing with them either. They will sign your name and initials electronically on the agreement. Thankfully I have educated the finance company on this place and theyre looking into them. I ordered a refrigerator, but after 2 weeks of excuses and calls not returned, Becky told me that she had a different refrigerator that was clean and in perfect used condition with no dents or scratches. After MANY set delivery dates with no shows, the gentleman arrived a week later and 2 hours late, loaded my old working refrigerator into his truck, and brought in a completely different refrigerator than I had agreed on with Becky. Dents, scratches, rotten food, broken drawers and shelves, a NON-WORKING ice maker, and a price that had miraculously jumped almost $200 from what she had said! Needless to say, I had to make do until I could figure everything out with Ms. Broken-Promise-Becky. After the delivery man informed her of their mistake and my dissatisfaction, she was supposed to let me borrow that one until the new one came in. To this day, I havent heard from her, even after calling her again...and they have my old refrigerator that didnt cost them a dime! STAY AWAY! I tried to give the them a chance but have certainly learned my lesson. And FYI - the delivery man said that Becky is the owner, but dont tell her I told you. Run the other way Phoenix!!!!!

Notice the rating. This place is horrible. I bought a stove. An hour after being in my home, hundreds of teeny baby roaches came pouring out. I bought a refrigerator. Becky said another lady came in and wanted it for her business and said she would pay extra for it. Becky said she told the lady it was promised to me. When it was delivered, Surprise!! It was a different one with black marks and dents all over the place. I also bought a dishwasher (all 3 on the same day). It isn’t worth 2 cents. Plus the guy who put it in hooked it up to the COLD water pipe so everything washed in cold water. I took pictures to prove it.I wasn’t done and it cut me off. So to cont.... I had about 16 pictures proving all their mistakes and all 3 of them there, including Becky and the worker who did it, were arguing against the pictures. I had to have another company come out and fix everything. Why is the El Mirage government allowing this crooked, lying lady to remain in business. This has been going on for at least 3 years now.

I was supposed to get a matching washer and dryer. They dont match, the dryer squeals incredibly loud, there is over spray all over the dryer so it doesnt have a smooth finish, the washer was installed improperly and I now can not close my laundry room door. I have made multiple calls to have this corrected and all I get is the run around. Dont use this store. I am very sorry I made the bad choice and tried them. I should of read the reviews first.

This place is a JOKE!!!!! Dont waste any time coming here. Appliances are old broken rusted everything. Very unprofessional staffing and management. No communication between management and customers. This is the type of place you have to go down to the store every day and DEMAND Service or even a refund. They dont answer the phones, sent out an electric dryer when Becky( the manager ) was aware it was gas. You go into the store and everyone is on lunch break, eating and helping customers at the same time. Every there is lazy doesnt even know whats going on. Very unprofessional!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! Read the reviews, every bad review is right on point. At first, I thought that the reviews were just captured by people who had a one off bad experience. I should have listened to them. I purchased a refrigerator from them back in February and from day one, it did not work as it was supposed to. It was delivered with no working water, and the ice maker NEVER worked at all. BECKY and her husband kept sending CARLOS, the repair guy out to fix something they KNEW didnt work. They were just going to keep doing this until my 3 month WARRANTY ran out and then I would have been stuck with a $700 refrigerator that didnt work. Bottom line is, I called their leading/financing company (which BECKY told me I couldnt do), told them what was going on and they canceled the contact and came and picked it up so I wouldnt have to deal with Sun City Appliances (which BECKY also told me couldnt happen). I wish I had done it sooner because now, I have paid $300 for something that never worked. They sold me a faulty refrigerator and will not refund me any of my money. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY WILL ROB YOU TOO!

Outfit constantly spams craigslist with appliance ads in the by owner category. Wastes my time every day having to weed through their ads. The only benefit is that I researched the company, saw the dozens of one star reviews, and know to NEVER buy an appliance from such a sleazy outfit. Obviously if you are willing to take advantage of a free site like craigslist and purposely try to ruin it for everyone else, youll do even worse to your customers.

THIS PLACE IS COMPLETE BULL!!!!Scheduled a repair for a washer that was bought here and never showed up for NONE.I’ve called them multiple times with multiple numbers giving the SAME address, still a NO SHOW to each and every appointment that was “scheduled”. Not to mention that the phone call only lasted 2 mins, did not even ask for a number to contact nor verify a time and the date.Today they claimed they have been to my address 4 times, apparently they don’t know how to ring a door bell or knock on the door either! BUT can take the time to walk out of their vehicle and leave a business card on the door.When we called them to confirm the lady who answers the phone was RUDE and had an attitude. Horrible customer service. Scheduled a maintence appointment for last week. Never showed up and no call to let us know what was going on. Rescheduled for this week and reassured they would be here at a certain time. An hour later and still no show. Called to find out where the service man and will be at least another hour before they come. Plus the lady on the phone was extremely rude! Will never buy from here again or recommend.

Have purchased a number of appliances with them for an older apartment complex. Okay service I guess. The week of the January 20th, 2019, I asked them to come to and fix a fridge I had only gotten in September. The next door unit had an issue too with missing fridge door screws, which was more than overlooked when they delivered it around the same time in September. I get a call from Becky to charge me $160.00 for these two repairs when CLEARLY it should have been with with some sort of a warranty. I think she may have waived the service fee...after all, the unit was right next to the other unit. I told her yeah, you will never hear from me again .

I bought a used refrigerator there....it wasnt cooling enough in fridge,freezer ruined new food I had purchased . I had just had my fridge quit and lost all my food when a friend told me about this store. I am disabled,fixed income. The owners would tell me repair person would be there certain times,did didnt come, called again they said hes on way.3 hours kalat finally came. He said it needed a part. They said hed be there in early am. Nope,A few hours later. Still not working. I called, they said they were going to pick up that fridge and bring another one. They said it was 1 inch smaller,I asked if it was nice like the other, she said yes. They were rude to me also. A different man came and briugbr an ugly fridge,3 inches smaller. Not happy. when he pulled out fridge I had first purchased there was a leak from hose he called water pump. The first man knew it was leaking...he asked for a towel,he said water was from splicing. the towel was still behind fridge soooing wet. Never got ice machine hooked up,it needed that water pump. Guy said he would come next day. I called and spoke with man owner, they were to come over and finish. Never heard from again. I feel intimidated,and feel they took advantage of my illness. oh, and the fridge is leaking water into bins in fridge

Want to give 0 stars if I could. Was told it was a nearly new dishwasher, and when I got it home and unwrapped the cellophane, it was all dented and painted. Didnt drain or work at all. Wouldnt replace it or give my money back. She should be arrested.

Went here looking for a stackable washer/dryer. Becky showed me one that was in excellent condition. She told me that all machines are 2-3 yrs old, floor models from Home Depot, Lowes, etc. serviced, sanitized and made to look good before delivery. Told her I wanted that one and paid for it. The one I got was a mess. It was very dirty, scratched, dented. It was also 13 yrs. old. She said the one I had picked out made a funny noise and didnt think I would want it. I went down again and picked out another machine but when it was delivered all identifying numbers had been scratched off and the machine had not been serviced, sanitized or cleaned up. The dryer did not work. They did fix that. Stay away from this store. Becky told me nothing but what she thought I wanted to hear and none of it was true. Fraudulent business. Will never do business with them again.

Do not do business with this place. We bought a used clothes washer and the man that installed it left the drainage hose on which didnt fit into our drainage hole; it was too large. The man didnt tell us about this and left. Water goes all over the floor when the washer spins. We have called many times and the man has been scheduled to come out but has never come.Such a simple thing, install the correct sized drainage attachment on our washer but these people would rather lie and make appointments that they have no intention of fulfilling. This place is a bunch of crooks. Stay away or risk having a bad experience like we did.

Becky the owner refused to even help us. they sent someone to fix my washer. instead of fixing it, my entire downstairs flooded with water the next day. i called to discuss a refund and during the course of the phone call Becky told me to shut up and listen, called me stupid and hung up on me numerous times. all I wanted was my money back. My entire house smells now and im left paying 120.00 for a very un professional service. I have since contacted an attorney and they guranteed a settlement either in court or outside of court. There is no need for behavior like this and I for one will not be happy until the world knows that this company cares only about money and themselevs. I have NEVER had such a negative experience. the only reason I am guranteed a settlement at this point is because she hung up on my attorney and when she tried to introduce herself she said thats nice and hung up on a recorded phone call which she was made aware of numerous times.
