Just wish I could find everything I needed. For the last year or so they were always out of something. Some of the workers are just rude giving the rest of good workers a bad reputation.

I love that this Walmart is getting more and more plant based options! It’s always clean and the staff is so helpful! Pick up is great, too!

Buyer beware, Went to Walmart to buy Nectarines & Peaches. We cut them open to find out they were brown and the peaches were bitter. I think they were frozen. They look good on the outside. At a $1.78 a pound we were very disappointed🤔🤮😭😖

This Walmart is usually out of items I go after. It is not my favorite one but go because it is close to a favorite restaurant in El Dorado.

No checkers. Self check out uses debit/credit card only. My kids wanted to spend their Allowance, had to go elsewhere to shoo so they could use their own money. They did not want me paying for their items as they worked hard to earn their money. Big fail on Walmart’s behalf.

Store not cleaned. Meat is bad. They are always out of stock on the shelfs. Very poor customer service - A store always has to start will great customer service - or you have no store to start with. No one including management have no social skills. Very negative store to shop in. No social distancing on the isle - everything is to close together.

I have a broken ankle. I had to ride in one of their motor buggies. It was nice. But Too large. Its hard to get around the isles and people. Wish they would make them smaller. But it was my first outing since I broke my foot. It was nice to get out.Kathy

The self checkouts are great but the self checkouts should accept both cards and cash on both sides. Here at this location has frustrated me multiple times. Have more registers open if the self checkouts dont work like they are supposed to. Eldorado Walmart should do better than this

Have no respect for their customers. Refuse to let me buy medicine for my husband who is home sick. Literally told me he has to come in himself. I said hes miserably sick and Im just getting medicine for my husband they made me go to another store. Fix your self checkouts to take cash again, or have more cashiers. I shouldnt have to wait in a long line with people who have full buggies because the express check out lady just clocked off. Fix those and my review will be fixed.

Everytime I go there you have to wait in self service and now there are no checkers that are open . Self service checkout should be fast and then on one end is cash only other end is debit .they should have more checkers working instead of people stocking .since they arent open all nite thats when stockers should be working after closing time .which I think they should stay open all nite again so anyways

Not bad, not to many people. Most was not wearing a mask. I always wear a mask when going into a store. Covid is real and does not discriminate. Be careful.

The remodeling looks nice. Things are organized. Lots of selections to choose from.

Lots of employees standing around but not a one on a register. If not for the convenience of variety in one place and decent prices on many items, I would refuse to shop at any Walmart... ever

Staff at times can be difficult, prices keep going up which I know isnt entirely there fault but TVs? Went from 80 to 180 in a couple of months

Pretty well stocked, do pick up orders from here though we live in Camden. Every time Ive gone inside the staff was usually friendly, never seems too crowded.

Employees need to be more cheerful and have more knowledge of the store and where stuff is

Self checkouts wouldnt take cash (ok thats fine and somewhat normal).. so we go to a register And she informs us she doesnt take cash either so we put our items down and left.

It’s a Walmart. Which is fine. I did have a worker say they were out of bags whilst standing next to a whole bunch of bags.

No one to check out grocerys no self check lines accepting American cash money

Really love the service mainly from the friends worked Carrie who went out of their way to see if they had a product in the back for us.

This location is pretty good about having whats needed and the store is always clean.

Employee I dealt with very knowledgeable but, they move things around so much your having to ask where the product was moved.

Not enough check out lanes open way too crowded and long checkout wait

I went to a Walmart in Texarkana and Hope they were very pleasant places when I asked for help and they were more than willing to help me to find what I was looking for I enjoyed visiting those places

Its okay they dont restock as often as they should I guess half of the staff dont care because alot of the shelves were empty

Going down fast

I enjoyed getting out of the house and going somewhere. Thankfully we can get virtually everything we need here. Unfortunately quite a few people were not wearing their masks properly or had a mask with an exhaust vent. It was not too hard to stay away from them.

Considering they are updating the store, I will give it 5 stars. It desperately needed and update considering we were eons behind. Lots of gluten free options. Getting better with the vegan options. As long as they keep improving and updating stock with new options this Wal-Mart will continue to be great.

Dropped in to get a rotisserie chicken. It was way over cooked. The top half of the breast and the legs and the wings were so dry they werent even edible. Thanks for a great meal walmart...

We do not have best location but its improving. It seems better stockex than used to be. Hard to get motorized cart thats working or charged. Its ok but really ever need to answer phone.

This is 1st time I was in and out so quickly. I bought a TV and a desk top computer. The 1st couple workers I asked 4 help to told me to ask someone else. Then a young man brought me a cart and stayed with me till I had picked what I wanted and even helped me put it my car. I cant remember his name.I wish I had wrote it down. I will look for him next time I go back that away.

Super clean store, beautiful parking lot, clean restrooms - model store for what my friends claim to be the “evil empire”. I will definitely drive the 45 minutes when I need to visit Walmart.

About like every other Walmart.. Everythings fairly easy to find if your not familiar with this store.. Staff is friendly an helpful, checkouts are quick, an bathrooms are nice an clean an also have changing stations..

Our local Walmart is undergoing vast reorganization. Its like a treasure hunt with 25% of the items in unknown locations, vast open spaces without a shelving unit or any product, and even the checkout messes up. Half the self checkout stations were closed and only two of the store manned stations open. Lines with 5 or more customers were common. My wait time to start check out was 15 minutes.Too many customers without masks or wearing them improperly. Store employees did not seem to care.My biggest concern was the bottles of milk with expired dates, dates in May, on the shelf.Typical uninterested management?

They have 2 self check out areas. Lines move pretty fast and they keep a good stock of food.

The cashier was so frustrating I think she didnt have to be working there she needs learn about customer service...

Everything I needed was in stock, and the associates helped me locate the items I couldnt find. I was in and out in no time. No long lines, and helpful people are always a plus in stores like this.

I got a rotisserie Chicken today after my son done ate most of it and my husband got half way through middle of it it was not cooked! There was blood all in it and not to mention this was about 12 and my son is currently throwing up called Walmart they won’t return it and called corporate and told me that there was nothing they could do!! Won’t be going back here again better off going to brookshires or macs! If I could I would post a picture of it!! 0 stars!!

Decent Walmart. Not the biggest, but reasonably well stocked and the greeters were friendly. Easy to park a truck for shopping, but no obvious overnight spots. A couple of the sections needed some work.
