I CALLED BEFORE GOING AND GOT A QUOTE ON PUTTING 4 NEW TIRES ON MY DODGE PICKUP,MOUNT, BALANCE AND PUT ON,I FURNISH THE TIRES, I WAS TOLD IT WAS $15.00 PER TIRE,ONCE I GOT THERE THE PRICE JUMPED TO$30.00 PER TIRE, THE SALESMAN STATED THAT I CALLED THE OTHER STORE ( THAT IS ALSO OWNED BY THE SAME MAN) AND SAID SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY CHARGE AT HIS STORE, BUT I WAS TOLD TO GO TO THAT STORE TO HAVE IT DONE!!! A 45 MINUTES OF WASTE OF TIME, SO I WENT TO AVOS UP THE STREET AND THEY WERE MUCH CHEAPER AND DO IT FOR$15.00 PER TIRE!!!

I bought two used tires from them got home and put them on my truck they were flat, so I took them back up there to get a refund and there was a young guy in there that didnt have a clue what he was doing and an older man was not helping at all but yelling at this young guy repeatedly. I dont know the younger guys name but he obviously needs more training, and the older man that was not doing anything needs to learn you dont scold, holler or cuss at the other employees in front of the customers. Thats very tacky! I dont know who the owner is of this place but they need to be a little more involved.

A very busy shop. He picked up my car after hours and worked on it first thing the next morning. I was visiting my daughter and son in law and the babies when my starter went out. They fixed it and didnt charge a ridiculous price like some shops will do to out of towners. If needed I will use again. And considering I may move up there in the next year or so I am sure I will use them again.

The most friendly, honest, and professional employees! I called every company in El Dorado, and surrounding areas including the dealerships, and Risinger Tire are the only ones who had the tires I needed in stock! It was an emergency situation and they were extremely nice and went above and beyond to help me! Absolutely best place to go for your vehicle services! Not only tire replacements but they can do it all!

As a former employee Id push my car to van hooks 2 miles down northwest ave before Id let them service my vehicle very unprofessional and your car will sit there for weeks with nothing but excuses why it isnt finished contact me for more information if your waiting on your vehicle I may have information about it

I went in yesterday to have my brakes checked and a strut mount. The lady helped me soon as I walked in and was very nice. A mechanic came out asked to drive my car so he could hear what I was talking about. He was also very helpful. Great customer service

BEST PLACE EVERY... I purchased a car from a used car lot. And Risinger has been a Blessing to me. I live 4 hours way from my family, so every time something comes up with my new to me car. They take care of it. Oil change, headlight problems, heat and air problems and tires... Will not take my car anywhere else...
