My experience with BEST ONE was great. I wasnt for sure if I did need tires. The check more then I expected in a very reasonable time. The employees were friendly as a family they seemed to be. The drive home was smooth and my car handled better as they said it would. Im satisfied with my experience and will go back. I was referred from my own family member which in turn I will refer BEST TIRE to others.

They had my tires the next day, mounted and balanced them 30 minutes ahead of time. They call as soon as they were finished. I am really happy with the price and the work they did !

I was on my way home to Texas. I got a screw in my tire. These guys were the only ones open, and they were closing in an hour. They already had three customers ahead of me. But they got me back on the road in 30 min. Super nice, super efficient and affordable. If I lived in the El Dorado area, they would be my first pick.

Went in without an appointment over my lunch hour to have the air in my tires changed out for nitrogen. Service was quick, even though they had to train the technician. Since it was quiet and I was the only customer the other technicians were friendly and eager to offer conversation. 10/10 I’ll be back.

The staff were very polite and helpful. I brought in two cars for work. The fort car had no additional work required but the second needed some additional work that required an additional appointment. The knowledge of the service manager was great and she set up the follow up appointment to fit my schedule. Very happy with the work done, the service advice, and most of all, I was not pressured with an up-sell for potentially unneeded work. I will certainly be back for my future service needs, thank you

Went in at closing time with a slow leak in one tire. Rather than telling me to come back the next day, which would have been handier for them, manager Susan Kennedy looked for and found a tech who had not left work yet. He explained that since I had driven on the tire when it was flat, it could not be repaired. Susan ordered a new tire in for the next day, when they mounted and balanced it at a reasonable price, and I’m as happy as can be with the process and the product!

Quick courteous service. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I had a slow leak in a tire. They found a screw. Happy people!

Will never go back. The store manager was extremely rude to the lady who runs the front desk. He threw a temper tantrum when couldn’t find a work order and flung the shop door open almost bending the hinge. Then came inside and was ruffling through papers yelling why she couldn’t do her job and keep things straight. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’m sorry but you do not treat employees that way yet alone female employees. Then when I said something to him about being rude and harassing the font desk lady he laughed and walked outside and pretty much refused to help the front desk lady when she had a problem with my transaction. I always used Becker Tire and wanted to try this company out since they bought out Becker. I will not be going back and will not recommending this business to anyone else.

My first experience with them was amazing! I blew a tire on the side of the highway and the tow truck took forever to get to me! The lady who works in the front stayed an hour after they closed to make sure my car got dropped off! Amazing service. I have used them multiple times now! They are quick and accurate! Love them!

Best One was the best!! We were heading home to Iowa when we realized we had barbed wire in our tire. We called around and found Best-One Tire and Service and they check their inventory and found they had the tire for us. We had a trailer attached with a piano on the back of our van and best one change car tire, put our spare back in its storage space, and got us on our way in less than 30 minutes. If we Lyft in Kansas this would be our one and only place to go. Good job Best-One!

Went into the store on a Saturday morning and needed four new tires. The store did not have them in stock and we were really needing them on by Monday morning. Thankfully Kyle worked it out to get them there and put on by noon on Saturday! I thought I only needed a tire repair but I had previously plugged the tire and ruined it so I now needed a new tire and I always buy two so now its closing time and the two professionals never hesitated just continued working on my car and at 5:55 I was done. If you need commercial truck tires come talk to the store manager Kyle he helped me when I had a blow out on the turnpike even after hours also he has the best prices around are trucks arent always through there during business hours but Kyle took care of our company when we needed 8 drive tires had them in store in a timely manner he has a very hard working crew of employees and we are very happy to do business with him before I called him all his other competitors in town said that no one in the area had 24.5 tall tires and boy were they wrong Kyle at best one tire and service not only had what I needed but he also ordered 8 lo pro drives for another truck and had them in store extremely quick!!! Thank you to Kyle and his hard working employees.

I got a flat patched quickly. Not only did they fix the flat they also took off the spare tire and put the original tire back on.

I went to have a tire fixed and decided to have them rotated while it was already on the lift. They already had one tire off fixing a leak. When the job was done they wanted to charge me about 120.00 for a patch and rotation. How do you charge that much for something the tire shop down the road charges 40.00 for doing the same job? I told them they were to high and they dropped the price to 105.00 The men doing the work were awesome I do not blame them but I will never go back again! After this experience I am done. Get your prices before you have the work done!

Was on my way to pick kids up from camp. Changed tire quickly and the lady in the office was really nice. She seemed to hurry once she knew what I was doing and was very appreciative of that. Very clean and friendly!

Best One Tire was definitely won me over. I plan on buying all my tires there. My daughter’s car had a flat and they hooked me up with a used tire that perfectly matched (my tire was destroyed) and a used rim (mine was cracked) and the price was so fair I walked out feeling like I wanted to pay more. The whole process took only 10 minutes. Yeah, I’m buying all my tires from them!!! The guys were just great young men too. Can’t say enough how happy I am that I called them.

First time visitor with new owners. Service much appreciated but I feel this was the highest price Ive ever paid to have a leak repair completed. It would have been nice to get the repair done same day as well.

Went in for a battery replacement. It was WAAYY expensive and I was not told ahead of time what it would cost. I didnt want to pay but felt like I had no choice. I cant complain about the work quality but I wont be returning.

Becker has always been there for me and mine. They never gouge you and always treat you fairly. They have had many opportunities to force us to buy new tires due to picking up nails and such, but as long as its not a safety issue, theyve always repaired without any hassling.Id recommend Becker over any other vendor. Theyve treated us so well in fact that Id be willing to spend a few more dollars there just to give them the business. Their prices are fair, but that doesnt mean theyre cheaper than mega warehouses like tire rack. Id rather support a local business (each one is apparently franchised) that had taken care of my family for years than an online store with no ties at all to my community and no loyalty to their customers.Becker of El Dorado will have our business for as long as the ownership remains the same. If ownership changes... well well cross that bridge when we get to it.

Disappointed with BestOne, closed the Augusta Store with no notice to customers forcing me to now have to drive an extra 50+ miles round trip to pick up my tire. why werent customers given the option of picking their items up before you closed the store or not continued to accept business at a location you knew you were closing? or at least calling your customers to let them know this had happened? I was never contacted and only found out when I found a shuttered business.

We had a trailer tire go low with a very heavy load, they helped us get air in ALL the tires and pointed out that someone had put a plug in the sidewall of another tire (very dangerous).. No idea about their pricing, but Id give them a chance next time I need a new set of tires.

Last 2 times Ive taken my vehicles they have charged me a different price (higher) than what I was told. Very disappointing. Not a lot more just hate to be nickeled and dimed in extra charges. 2 things about his place since they bought out becker tire.i had an alignment done here and was informed that my rear axle was crooked and i had other suspension problems but it was good. i took it to another shop and they knocked it and the truck now drives straight.secondly, this was the only place i used to have my motorcycle tires mounted. now apparently they dont offer that service yet they do atv/utv tires

I was very happy with their service they not only replace my tires efficiently but they did an alignment that they thought might be impossible! My only concern is I’ve got a low tire pressure light on now I hope I don’t have a bent rim that they did not detect.

The guys got me right in checked the suspect tire found no leaks and reset the TPS and I was out the door in about 20-30 minutes.
