Great customer service!! Edger was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After the worst experience at UPS on E.Main it was nice to do business at your UPS store location.

Great customer service and friendly staff. They serve each client in a timely and accurate manner. I drop off a lot of big packages here. Dropping off is so quick and easy. We also have a mailbox here which we get notifications whenever we have mails and packages. My husband and I are happy and pleased with their services here in our valley.

Awesome place, From the manager Grace, to the workers Eddie and Ariana. all so professional and so helpful. Its so great to have a physical address to get packages sent to. I dont want to worry about porch pirates.

Ariana from the UPS store next to Cardenas, displayed excellent customer service to me. Went out of her way to send me a text message per my request when my document was confirmed sent after numerous failed attempts due to the wrong recipient information. She was able to request the correct information to get my letter sent properly. I really appreciated her service.

The staff at this facility are very knowledgeable and helpful on the services UPS provides. They work together and efficiently to provide the help the customer needs to properly ship out any item. Guy told me my package wasn’t there without even asking for my tracking number... right.

I had a very unusual freight problem (aircraft engine located in a secure area) that needed crating and shipping. Other shippers gave me more grief than help. I was at a distance and could not possibly meet their requirements and felt like I was more of a bother than anything else. Mike, the owner, was fantastic in being the solution to my problem instead of being a part of it. He more than went the extra mile in supervising the crating and shipping and coordinating the movement of the trucks in and out of the secure area. He kept me informed of steps all along the way and made sure there was no surprises for me. His customer service skills are excellent and his capable staff reflected his training and attitude. I will go to him any time for my shipping jobs.

This store shines because the manager and the staff are friendly. Obviously Po Boxes, shipping and copies. Walk in with any size thing and you can box it there and that night out it goes.

I paid extra to get it in 2 days but end up in transit for 2 days. They dont even update when to get it. They refused a refund since they failed to deliver it in 2 days.

This is an awesome store with really good prices employees in this store are polite and really cool person they always help you to resolve your package problema andproblems and they are really quick. They have print services and packing service at the same time this store is incredible!!

Very very verrrryyy friendly staff, everytime I go I feel welcomed. You ask a question and they not only respond to what you asked, they give you suggestions and go above and beyond in taking care of customers.

First time using this UPS and it will be the last time I will use it. My package did not get to its destination on the date I was told even though I paid for a quick service. I call to get information on why it is delayed and they do no even provide any information.
