I had a great experience buying a new 2020 Edge Titanium from Wesley. I traded in my Fusion that I had for 5 years and never had a problem with it. They had a Jeep I wanted advertised online. I used their online feature and we quickly agreed in principle on a price before I drove in from Houston. I was very skeptical, as the last couple of times I purchased a car from other dealerships, they tried to tack on erroneous equipment and fees. VanDerAu Ford was the complete opposite. They were down to earth with no sales pressure or underhanded tricks. Donald had the car I wanted ready to test drive when I arrived, it was as it appeared online, and we agreed upon a fair deal. My wife and I waited about 15 minutes while Burke put together the paperwork, and 10 minutes later we walked out with the key in hand. It was literally the best experience I have ever had buying a car, and Ive purchased a lot of cars. This is what buying a car should be like. The General Manager (John) answered the phone and immediately took note of my wishes and said someone would be in contact soon. Within hours I had a call back from Wesley. We talked through my needs and he assessed availability of certain vehicles. He was very forthright and kept me informed over the next several days and identified the vehicle that met my needs. We discussed pricing and reached mutual agreement. At the dealership to pick up the vehicle, after the easy and efficient purchase process, Wesley spent time to show me the unique features of the vehicle and ensured all was suitable and the vehicle was ready to be delivered. Our recent purchase of a 2018 Ford Expedition Limited at VonDerAu Ford was a very pleasant experience. I contacted Wesley the day before and told him what were interested in. We we arrived at the dealership the vehicle we discussed was clean and ready for our test drive. Wesley and all of the staff were very pleasant. We certainly would purchase from them again.

We just bought our second vehicle this year from VonDerAu Ford, The service was excellent, i am still waiting for the owners manual and spare key for the last vehicle but am quite pleased with the price, delivery and treatment we received. The only glitch is when my wife went in to see the person she needed to see about the spare key they were not there at that time, she did ask that they call her to schedule a time but so far that has not happened. Wesley Smolik is very courteous and helpful and I enjoyed his assistance.

I have a 2015 Ford mustang GT and it has been to the shop 6 times for AC issues. I have gone through 3 compressors already. Thank goodness for extended warranty. For the most part service was very courteous. Just all the trips for the same issue seems a bit suspicious.

Overall experience was very good. Salesman Dick Crow and the finance guy were very helpful and I believe I got a better price than any where else. There were no negatives only very good experience from start to finish. I look forward to dealing with you in the future.

If the customer service team is ThT incompetent with the customers personal information what else are they incompetent with. It’s no way l should receive anyone else’s personal information via email. My experience beginning from salesman to financing to driving out with my new truck was excellent. I was treated with the utmost respect thank you all for everything.

They have been nice, but it seems like staffing problems are preventing them for giving very good service (in the service department).

This dealership was extremely helpful to us when buying a car for our 16 year old daughter. We found a vehicle on the internet and had to purchase it without seeing it in person. While the car did arrive with a few serious dings in the front windshield (which cracked the first night it sat out in Colorado), the car was in good shape when it arrived - as described by our salesman, Dick C. over the phone. He was helpful in sending extras photos to us, checking the car to see if it had been owned by a smoker, and helping facilitate the overall process. This was one of the easiest internet car buying situations we have had. We have purchased MANY cars over the internet and this was the smoothest. Burke and his team in the business office processed paper work quickly, and I had the title in-hand when the car arrived. Everyone we dealt with at VonDerAu returned calls and email messages promptly and were extremely courteous. We will definitely check with VonDerAu Ford when we look for our next vehicle. Prompt job as always. Technician didn’t reset the oil change in the dash computer and I found the windshield sticker laying in the floor.

Once again we were disappointed with your service. We took the car in for a routine inspection, but had two small items to be fixed as well. We were told by the woman head of service that they could only do the inspection and that we would have to take it in another day. As the ranch is 30 miles away that entails another half day.
