Horrible service, paid for an alignment but got NO alignment done. Brand new tires ate away by car because of the “alignment” that they serviced.

Went to this business to try and get my truck inspected. I asked if I could get an inspection done, The older hispanic gentleman acted like he didnt want to perform the task. The said he should have already left for the day. He asked if i had insurance card I handed it to him he took one look at my rear passenger tire and said it was to worn down to pass inspection. The other 3 tires are brand new, that tire is 6 months old. He told me my truck would never pass inspection anywhere. I drove 2 minutes down the road and passed inspection in 5 mins. I called back to talk to owner and he was taking up for the guy. Amazing! Keep this in mind this is a tire shop also so they will tell you to buy tires so they can make more money. There is also a place in Bay City that I have taken my truck for passed 7 yrs never no issues.

Nice and knowledgeable employees. They are very busy here. Be prepared to be patient or drop off your vehicle if possible.

First time going to this shop because my guy was out of town. Service was inefficient. Took 4 hours for an alignment with only one other customer present. Was quoted one price, but when the work was completed the price charged was substantially higher. When I discussed this with the manager I was treated with disrespect and a condescending attitude. Shop was unsafe with employees constantly smoking in and around vehicles and shop area. Overall it was very poor, overpriced service.

Was traveling from Bastrop to Matagorda pulling a trailer when I lost a brake pad. It was a Friday afternoon. Called and spoke with Ricky. They got me in immediately and back on the road. Appreciate the service

Made an appointment to get a tail light replaced. When I went in they had lost my appointment. Was told Id have to wait several hours to get it replaced although there was only one other customer present. When I tried to reschedual the person walked away and ignored me to answer a phone, not even saying something like excuse me let me get this. Guess yall dont want my patronage?

Went at 7:00 a.m. the time they open.The workers totally ignored me.I went out to ask them if I could get my car inspected.I went back in waited 20 minutes he finally came in and said we dont do inspections till 8:00 a.m.???? Why couldnt he tell me that the first time instead of having me wait 20 minutes???? Rude!!! NEVER again!!! Poor service!!!

Quick, easy, excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff, relaxing atmosphere.

My car blew a tire outside Louise, had it towed to Hoelscher auto. They had a used tire available and had it changed and paid within 30 minutes to get back on the road to Houston. Very friendly staff, was very fair to an out of towner.
