Incredible customer service!I contacted Nalpak to see if they had In stock, lid replacements for a discontinued Pelican mug. The young lady on the phone said they did not but would contact Pelican on my behalf. She promptly called me back stating that Pelican would be sending out replacements. With in two hours I had an email stating a UPS label was created, and the package showed up in 24 hours. There are far too many companies out there both small and especially large that could take lessons in customer service from the staff at Nalpak! Thanks

I contacted the customer service about the warranty for a Pelican case, and received prompt and effective service.

I put an order in on May & received an email saying product is back ordered and won’t ship out for 1 to 2 wks. Today June 14 is now a month. I called no answer so I email got my refund today. Never do business with them again 1st time user & last time. Don’t recommend.

Great place, with All Tactical Supplies, Backpack, Gears and so much more as I brought some Tactical Supplies for Emergency. The people are really great and very knowledgeable. I have gone there 4 times and keep checking back from time to time. I really like the NalpakGroup. I recommended to anyone.

Awesome store! I pick up most of my knives here. They have a wide selection and anyone can find one they need here. They have all kinds of tactical gear. Weapon lights/lasers. Pelican cases in every size! I swing by monthly and usually spend some money here. Staff is professional and nice.

I receive great service from the employees here. I called for basketweave Keepers for my duty belt last minute and not only did they have them but they set them aside for me. I stopped in with my kids who are bouncing off the walls and they were very patient.

A little on the expensive side but very nice and helpful. If youre looking for a high quality speciality knife or EDC this is a great place to visit.

Ordered a certain foam color for a knife case, came with a different color. customer service refused to send new foam insert, unless I sent wrong on back..... argued with customer service that I chose blue, not green and I would have to pay for new insert and get credit for amount. Steer clear, very poor Customer Service. Rude, wanted to be right and just bad all around.

Great gear..smoking prices

Had two Streamlight flashlights repaired by Nalpak. I sent them in and could not believe how fast the return was. The lights work great, the prices (on new batteries) were excellent, and Im very happy. Also, a very cool website and an incredible amount of cool stuff at really competitive prices.

They shipped my case to the wrong address and then denied having shipped anything to me even though I have them the address that they were sending the case to, and the senders name and the tracking number. Stated that it was pretty much my problem. Very poor!!

Just like the good stuff theyve got, the service is just as great, if not, then even greater.

Best place in SD county to buy knives..

Very high priced, friction loc baton for $111? Smith and wesson cuffs for $50?Cal uniforms has both of those, baton for $89.99 new and the cuffs maybe $35.Knives may be ok priced but as far as security gear, id look elsewhere. They have a decent selection online, but in store is only high priced stuff, not awhole lot of options in different price ranges.
