Great customer service! Easy to order online and pick up

I saw the last two pillows were on display both of them ripped to shreds pretty much and I asked to still buy them because I would have my daughter so what up at a markdown price and markdown was 30% which is ridiculous I think given the way it looks and how itll end up crumbling apart with probably within the next month. 50% off would have been at the very least would have been fair because whats the alternative, noone is gonna buy this anyways. Thought it was super lame that they try to salvage more than that for the condition its in. super cheap!

Go here for multiple copies as needed. I tag each document with how many copies, if black and white or color, single or double sided. The young man at the counter appreciates it and everything gets done.

Id you have any job printing needs, this is the place to go. I used to go to the other place (Ki....os) and it always cost me more. The customer service staff are very accommodating and helpful. They go out of their way to assist and if any errors were printed, they are more than glad to adjust your total ( I made some!!). This location is also very convenient - right next to the mall with plenty of parking. Im one happy customer who will return to this location.

Thank you for your response and for looking into the matter. Office Depot happens to be my favorite office store and is where I purchase all my office supplies. The primary reason is because the staff at Office Depot has always been helpful in assisting me with my questions in the many years Ive shopped at the various locations, including the El Cajon store. I am okay when someone does not know an answer. I am not okay when lied to and treated like trash, especially when I have been a loyal customer for many years. I will continue to be a loyal customer as I believe this was an isolated incident. Happy Holidays!

I would recommend going to a different location for any of your business needs. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. I put my name on the list got passed up by 2 different customers even though I was 1st. Than I couldnt get anything printed for my own company. Hahaha this place is a joke.Also while I was there a gentlemen came in wanting to copy pictures of his family, they refused his service as well. Than was talking to his co worker about him just not wanting to do it!. How is this customer service. If you dont want to do your job. Get a new one

These people are great. They took care of a computer problem I had from a computer I bought on line. They back their products. And want you to be happy with them

I came in at the 11th hour with a print job and Nicholas K. not only did everything I needed but even went above and beyond to save me time! Another associate also saw me shopping for a product and recommended a cheaper alternative! Really great Office Depot! Kudos!

I went there to put a spiral binder for my book. The associate told me it would take 30 minutes because he has to serve other people in line! So I had to wait in the store for 30 minutes. Then when I checked again in line he said that he didnt finish it yet! He asked me for 10 more minutes.So imagine if a little service like this which takes 5 to 10 minutes maximum they make it in 40 minutes, then you need seriously to think of other options or different locations.

One star for the associate (i believe his name is chris) working in copy and print center in the evening shift.. On Monday.. this person might need more training on customer service, to adjust his attitude toward people from different ethnicity and background.Not showing any welcoming vibes when approached by customers.Lacking the most basic customer service requirements.management need to work on this kind of issues with mentioned individual.Office Depot in El Cajon still my favorite, go to store for my printing needs.

Never go to this office depot the staff takes forever and have no customer service skills at all. They seem like they didnt want to be there at all. If I could give this store a worse rating then a one star I would.

I came last night at 8:30 I ask for a stamp and whoever was here he make it so complicate to make that happen.I came in next day which is Wednesday and MS Jen was here she did it with less than 30 minuets.Hopefully all employees are like you JenAgain thank you....

I dont shop here too often but when I do I always have good customer service, easy pick up for online orders, and quick check out time.

Omg! I came for a same-day phone repair just to fix a cracked screen, and after keeping it for over a week, they found more problems with the phone, now suggesting to send it to a 3rd work facility! So none of their facilities are on site! My phone worked perfect before taking it in. As soon as they started working on it, all these problems occurred. I wouldnt come here if I was you. Does not seem like they care at all about urgency. I was sold on a 25% coupon that was never clear if that was added on to the final price either. So bad salesmenship there. At this point it is playing games in email tag to wait for my phone, and now i dont even know if i get it back if it is going to work! Additionally, they are not very fast at responding. They check the email once a day and that is! everyday I have to wait for a new reply that continues to put off giving me back my phone. They are not concerned at all. just wow!

The cashier was super helpful. He helped me find the right office chair to fit my budget and needs.

My personal experience wasnt that great because I was up on the roof working on the HVAC.. probably would have been great if I hadnt been working and had hard timers today browsed and buy stuff.

Good selection, quality merchandise, and plenty of parking; but ZERO sales force assistance. After asking the operations manager for help buting furniture, I still had to find an employee on my own (He appeared to be on his phone). After which, I specifically asked for a certain style and color in several pieces of office furniture; he didnt have any particular training regarding the desks and other items I asked about. Never looked me in the face, never smiled, or otherwise acknowledge my presence. I get it... Stocking shelves isnt his first career choice. But at the very least... I expect a service employee to deliver somec degree of care. This same employee made eye contact with me, but NEVER got off his phone long enough to take care of me or the other 3 customers in the store. Im going to keep shopping elsewhere.

I went in this morning to the El Cajon, CA location to send a quick fax to my job. I was having trouble sending the fax and the associate with the British accent told me hed be right with me to assist me once he checked out the one person in line. Well two more people came into his line and he assisted them first. No big deal. Then after he was done with them he went and started another project forcing another gentleman to assist me who had just clocked in. Never mind the fact Im clearly pregnant and waiting for assistance but to jump on another project in front of me. This is not the first time I have had trouble with the gentleman with the British accent and his lack of customer service skills. I literally tend to drive to a different location for service just to avoid him but being pregnant and this location being the closest one, I didnt have much of a choice this morning. That particular associate really needs some customer service training or maybe a job that doesnt have him dealing with the direct public.

I only go here to get something printed out in their laser printers or when I have too much on one color on a picture so i wont use all my ink. The first time I went I was helped by a female manager and she was awsome. This last two times I went I was helped by a rude guy that told me he couldnt print out my picture because it interfered with copywrite laws. Mind you it was a party invite that had random dinos on it. I went in yesterday and again that guy was there he just looked at me and called for back. I guess I need to learn to go to this location in this he morning when the female manager is ther cuz the guy in the afternoon just wont help you out.
