Not so good. Pete gave me a set of floor plans and pointed to the houses on the lot.VERRRRY low key sales pitch. VERRRRY!Did not ask my name. Nor offer one bit of information.Sorry I drove the almost 100 miles roundtrip.What a waste of time.

I started with a different manufactured homes company and changed mid way through the process to PJ at ideal. We just felt comfortable with him, he was trustworthy and very upfront. He gave us the reality and didnt just sell us on anything. Though we ended up going a entire different route from manufactured homes we will keep PJ number and definitely always recommend ideal! Go check them out if your looking into manufactured homes they will help you with any questions and makes the process feel a lot more comfortable!!

This dealer was honest from the start. Top quality homes at Fair market prices. Go ahead and Compare with the other dealers in the area, these people are top notch..

I live in a mobile home park that had a fire and the home was a total loss. I wanted to make sure that I had sufficient insurance to replace it completely should that ever happen to me. I have a 1979 Silvercrest cottage. The 1st lady I spoke with a few days ago was really nice & spent time talking to me, but I forgot to ask about getting my California room replaced. I wanted to know if they came prefab and the extra cost. When I called this morning the woman who answered was short & rude to me. Simply said Call your insurance company to find out the appraisal value! If she was busy, she COULD have offered to speak to me later, instead of being rude.
