Called up and asked for the wrong equipment, on my way to a slab leak. The girl behind the counter let go a little chuckle as she saw I had no idea what I was talking about, but she did it well. They were quite understanding when I switched up the game plan on everyone at the last second. They had plenty of options to choose from for the uncertain customer such as myself. Love the Hilte light duty hammer. Ended up with the smaller hammer rather than the 60lb hammer I’d requested initially. The jackhammer was even loaded in my workhorse by Bruce as I was signing for equipment. Thanks Bruce! Couldn’t have been nicer, unless they fixed the slab leak for me. COVID-19 requirements were being followed as everyone was distancing themselves and wearing their masks. I will be back to BJ’s rentals or as it’s now known as Sunbelt Rentals. Thanks from me and my customer for the rental.

Extremely lazy establishment. They rent construction equipment but open up at 730 am. In real business those are the work hours of useless places. I recommend other places for renting your equipment if you want thing done right and on time.

Just got off the phone. I rented an excavator over the weekend. It was to be picked up early Monday morning. After 5 phone calls ans a visit, it was picked up Friday at 11. My neighbors in back were kind enough to allow me access but after having the excavator sit in their driveway for a week its now a problem! Their billing told me that they dont control dispatch and I should have called, I did 5 times. I have a contract that said it would be picked up 4 days before. Sunbelt you need to pay storage fees!

Im going to be renting a compactor for the dirt Ive already started to prepare(for turf) thanks to their 5hp rototiller rental that they helped load and unload when I returned. Also, because it only took about an hour or so of use compared to a full day, they honored the discounted price. Thanks you to this company very much!!

I showed up there tuesday morning for a trailer that I had reserved Saturday and when I had reserved it, I said Id be paying cash and I was told by the The woman there that that would be fine because I had a credit card on file but they lost my reservation but still had a trailer, after waiting in line for 40 minutes being understanding that of covid and they had this curbside pickup, when he ask me for my information I had to yell out my address, my date of birth, my name, and my phone number I told him I wasnt comfortable with that with all these people in line anyone can get my information he said thats how we do it here if you want a trailer, when I called to complain and talk to the manager, he was the manager, when I tried to tell him how I didnt appreciate having to yell out my info, and,about the credit only no cash,he started to speak over me reading off some stuff like if it was scripted on a piece of paper,when he just kept ignoring me when I I told him I was speaking, believe me Im not in innocent I ended up saying some very derogatory comments and some harsh words, I ended up just going to Alpine rentals where they were $15 cheaper,and they were nice and they had what I wanted.

Needed to rent a 7,000 lb capacity trailer to move some astroturf. Uhaul doesnt rent big-boy trailers. Sunbelts price was competitive, even on the weekends, and they were quick getting me in and out. They even gave me an unsolicited 15% discount. Didnt say why but it was probably because I picked it up late in the day for a 1 day rental. Ill definitely use them again. Trailer was in great shape too. Really sturdy. They also provided the hitch for that weird circular hitch point. Helped me debug the trailer light connection on my car too.

Quick service got in and out fast

Nice staff super pricey. No frills no deals here. Guess their geared for contractors who forward the expense not the general public.
