Store never mentioned to me that 2 dresses out of the 6 I bought could not be returned. They knew I grabbed several as I didnt know the size of the person they were going to. They knew I was only going to keep one and never mentioned this. Not to mention aweful customer service. No one offered to help, it took for ever to get someone to bring a dress down for me.

I used to like it but now the girl’s that work there are very rude they are not helpful and they make you feel like if you were stealing something. I have three girls and I would always go buy dresses for them but now I rather go to the Windsor in Plaza Bonita.Have a customer service training for those girls.The most important thing is customer service for your store sales.😞😞😞 Very disappointed

Every single time I am at this store I get a horrible service. Now I wonder if they know what customer service means. Once I enter the store, I feel uncomfortable because the way that sales associates look at me, it is like I am going to steal something. There is no respect to their customers and always have a very bad customer service. This would be my last time shopping here. My daughter shopped here with her friends. The sales associate sold her a jean jacket with no tags but scanned one from another jacket. Now they are refusing to give her a refund because the associate didn’t do their job right. Who do I need to speak with to get this issue fixed? There are so many teens that go shopping with friends and this is what they are doing to rake advantage of younger people that have no idea that they are suppose to ask for a tag for the jacket.

The people in costumer service are very rude. I bought a dress for a event, but i also liked another which my boyfriend bought on November 26th and received no receipt. I tried to call the store but my boyfriend bought the dress minutes before they closed so he had to call the next morning. He was told that they can just look up the dress and see it in the system that he had TWO weeks to return it, to just say he talked to someone named Brooke. So i walk in there on October 3rd to return the dress. Its barely been a week, mind you i have two weeks. I go up to the lady at the register and explain to her the situation and she calls someone on the phone. She states that Brooke said it was a while ago. So she seemed hesitant to do the return and kept repeating that i should have brought it earlier because the limit is two weeks. I told her it hasnt been two weeks that she could go into the system and look up the dress but she refused. I dont know if she had a bad day or what but she became really rude because she told me she couldnt return it. While this is going on theres a line of people and i felt bad but there was two registers and the rest of the employees were free. One was even by the door on her phone. My boyfriend asked her if she could try the other register and the employee snapped and said “ITS THE SAME THING, DO YOU WANT ME TO TRY THAT ONE TOO”. She started becoming aggressive so another employee stepped in and asked for my number and i gave it so i could come again the following day. I dont appreciate how i was treated in front of everyone when i simply just was trying to return a item that I was told i could. I told them to check the phone records and too look the dress up in the system but nothing was done. Last time i shop there.

I checked the page and it said that there would be at 11 in the morning, I got there at 10:50 I was waiting, until finally a girl arrived at 11:05, he entered he put a key to the door, he left and came back with a paper that said that it will open until 12:00 pm, it is unfair they make me waste my time I had to go to work at 12:30 so I wanted to be there at 11 that they open, and what makes me rude is That the girl saw that I was there waiting and she did not care in the least, I work in a store and would never do that to a client, in short, they should choose their employees better.

Terrible customer service! After spending $100+ I was accused of stealing from one of the girls and after trying to show her my bank receipt and how much money i spent there, they would not take off the censor after one of their silly girls left it on there. I spent a lot of money there. I deserve a little respect. How is the person with a partially shaved head and a badge going to accuse me, a customer, of stealing. Too much of a hassle shopping there! I can return a dress there with no receipt but If i want them to take off the hidden censor without a paper receipt (but an electronic one) You just cant do it. That makes no sense and you should think about the way you do business and who you hire. I will NOT be shopping there again. Spend that much money and get treated that way? NO THANK YOU!

The dresses are wonderful and theres lots of variety and colors but doesnt have dresses for plus size women, above a large.

Terrible service! the girls look at you like if you are some sort of rodent! they talk to you like if theyre superior! oh please. I work retail and i know it does not take much to be nice to costumers. No costumers no money easy as that !

If I could give 0 stars I would. I get it.. after a long day we all just wanna close and go home. But we got there 20 minutes before closing so we deserve at least decent service! First thing the girl said you do know we close in 20 right and I said yes! Rudely replied with k cool and walked away. Whatever no big deal. But as soon as I had a dress in my hand, another sales lady said shed take it from me and eagerly shoved me into a fitting room. Tried doing the same to my sister but my sister didnt go into the fitting room and the employee left her shirt in the fitting room next door. As I was changing, bare naked, the sales lady opened my curtain and shoves my sisters shirt in with me. I tell her hello! I was naked and she laughed and mumbles something to her coworker. 8:53, one of the girls asks my sister if shes ready because they need to close. My sister responds that she is not, but that its only 8:53, she has about 7 minutes. They respond that the register is going to be closed at 8:55, so she had two minutes to finish up. Because they needed to leave by 9. Personally weve been so rushed out of the store and treated so poorly. It was kind of ridiculous. Rather shop online or travel an hour to a different location than to shop here again.

This store has an okay selection. Some of the clothing is over priced for what the item is. And you feel uncomfortable shopping there because they treat you like you are going to steal from them.

Horrible service. Hate stores like windsor. My mom bought a 125 dollar dress from them and I didnt end up wearing it. She had no clue she couldnt return it if it was a speacial occasion dress. No one told her at purchase. Tags were still on the dress, had the original receipt, and it was before 14 days. The lady wouldnt give us a refund let alone a gift card toward the store.Last time Im shopping at this store.
