Was in the market for a new printer and Steve and the crew at All Tech were great. Was able to get a new HP printer on the same day and Steve was great at educating me on true cost of ownership which was important to me. He explained by buying a cheaper machine you end up paying more per page to print and it cost more over the long run for ownership/operation. By investing just a little more you save more money over the long run and over all have a better performing machine. I have had my HP printer for over 6 months now and am very happy with it and the service from AllTech.Thank you.
Anytime I need my toner replaced I immediately call AllTech! They are immediately responsive and deliver my toners within a few days. The staff is courteous and attentive. Its so much easier and less expensive than going to staples or somewhere else. Theyre much more than just copy repair and service. I highly recommend them!

Unless you want continual no shows, we are talking no call .... nothing... x2 . Oh we had a tech out sick for three days sorry, Then to end it with a sorry if you have to call another company I understand, then do not choose these guys. Might be good techs, but you cant depend on them... I would know, ...since they I cant get them to show on the day they said they would, Show up next few days at random? Maybe.

Why should you do business with AllTech Imaging Technologies? Because they will be there for you when you need them. I am completely satisfied with their service; they delivered as promised, and on Xmas eve when you would be lucky to get anybody on the phone.In our office we use big equipment for printing and scanning, but we also like to keep back up printers around the office. I was getting ready to get rid of some old HP printers, because I was having problems with the paper tray, and I decided to ask Steven Ferguson, owner of Alltech Imaging Technologies, if there was anything he could do to save me money by not buying new machines. He took the printers and in no time he fixed the paper trays. At first, I though a $90.00 charge just for checking the printer was excessive, but it was less than other vendors would charge.I highly recommend AllTech Imaging Technologies for all printing needs, they provided me with great service, sales and supplies. I will be certainly use them again.
