As a hvac owner contractor Ive dealt with jim in the past at other locations . Jim has always been knowledge and helpful .When I saw him at ACPro I opened an account.On a recent install a piece of equipment was missing the product logo . I made a phone call to Jim and he personally drove a replacement logo iout to the job site . 😎👍👍In todays times customer service is a lost practice. Much thanks to jim for going the extra mile .
