I have been going to Sonus in for almost 3 years only because I have to because of Insurance reasons, I tried to change after my first visit but was unable to. They have sucked from day one. One reception will set up an appointment but apparently not put in the schedule, so when you show up you dont have an appointment.I had a referral for a new hearing test from April 2017 and it is now the end of August and have never heard from them about it. Im really gonna see about going to another provided, if not Im thinking about just being deaf instead of dealing with them. The Grossmont Office is just as bad.
