Helida is perfect! When every time I come I am always greeted and assisted more than I could be even describe. I absolutely adore her presence :) my experience has always been such a pleasant one. Love her and this place! Can’t wait to come back. Fresh groceries, smiles and very informative about everything!!! Keep up the great work!!

This is the only WIC I have been going to for the past 10 years!!! I’ve tried a few other ones here in East County and I just don’t like them. Janet is by far the sweetest person I have ever met. She’s so helpful and takes care of business there. All the ladies there are amazing. Every time I go they greet me as soon as I step a foot in the door and they help me to my car. I will continue to recommend this location because they are friendly, helpful and the the store is super clean.

AVOID coming here!I got bag of oranges and apples and noticed they had mold at the bottom meaning their selling expired food in their stores to still get money.You are better off going to a regular grocery store, way cheaper and way better.All workers here are super lazy and always on their phones!

I always come here to shop for my wic products because they honestly have such a great selection. When I first started coming the customer service was great and then it started going down hill.One of the workers had a really nasty attitude towards me then switched her tone when she realized she was being too rude. Unfortunately, Im not too sure Ill be back after this. The whole point of shopping at a non grocery store really is customer service. I prefer a wic store over a standard grocery store because in my experience theyve always been a lot more welcoming to having a wic card.

I remember driving by this location by the post office in El Cajon so I decided to call to make sure they were still open and to see if they carry a certain product. Phone answered right away and my question was answered. I drive to the store and was immediately greeted by Helido( hope I spelled it right) she welcomed me and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She helped me maximize my list by explaining and showing me what I was able to get. The store was clean and neat and organized . The produce was fresh. I have been to other wic offices and they had rude employees and dirty stores. This location is a hidden gem. Thank you to Helido, Rosa and Janet!!

If I can Post ZERO Stars, I would... horrible experience with the Red Head (Janets mother)... everytime i call to speak with the owner, to advise of my experience... The Ladies, say he is not there... 🤷‍♀️and I cant give my complaint to Janet since theres conflict of interest.. needles to say, Ill stop purchasing at that store due to that lady.

I go here to get my wic items! They are fast so Im always in and out within 10 min. They always have good avacados everytime I go! Love it.

This is the only WIC store I could find that was anywhere close to where I lived. Not only were the staff nice and friendly, but also very tenative and generally pleasant people to be around.

Their machine is down usually whe i go to the wic store... Never been in those other places that are there....

I love this store! It eliminates the hassle of going to the grocery store. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Loved this place because all you have to do is literally walk in hand them the checks you want to use and they gather all the items for you! They will ask which type of milk you perfer, flavor yogurt, crunchy or creamy peanut butter, etc and then bag it all up and even carry it out for you if need be. So much quicker and smoother of a experience then going to a grocery store. Highly recommend coming here instead! They are open 7 days a week starting as ealry as 8 am. Not sure of all the closing hours

Best store to go to when shopping with WIC. All the employees are so friendly and helpful. And fresh produce which is a huge plus, unlike other wic stores in east county. And help me carry everything to my car is so helpful.

The worst Service. It is 3 minutes from my house and the truth is that I prefer to go to others further than that for the bad service, especially a girl with blond hair who is in the afternoons. He attends badly and it shows that he does not like his job. I will definitely not go back there because the same thing has happened to me several times.
