Throughout the whole process they called when they said they would, were friendly, offered cost effective solutions, followed up and exceeded every expectation. They exemplify what customer service should be. There is no one else I would trust to buy or service a golf cart.

I was tasked with getting a golf cart for the security company I work for, not an easy task when you know nothing about golf carts. Finding Kelly at Sundance was a breath of fresh air, due to the delivery time we needed we didnt make a deal but Kelly was VERY helpful, VERY knowledgeable, and went every bit of the extra mile for me. Love my new street legal cart! The Green Machine. Perfect for cruising around OB. I chose to buy from Sundance because other family members have also used them. The cart is sweet, and the customer service is top notch. Kelly is packed with cart knowledge and always kind and quick to respond to any questions/issues Ive had. And field tech JEFF O. is just terrific. Highly recommend if youre looking for a new toy. Im looking forward to slowly upgrading my ride :-)

This was my first visit to any kind of shop that takes care of golf carts. I have a golf cart, age unknown and when I Googled golf carts I came across Sundance golf carts. I was immediately impressed with Kelli the office manager! I dont want to sound sexist, but I was so very impressed by Kellis obvious knowledge and not just from a book regarding golf carts in general. Another employee, took care of me, Luke. I am absolutely certain that if I need any services from a golf cart repair shop / new I will immediately think of Sundance.

NEVER GO HERE!THEY LIED ABOUT PART ARRIVAL TIME TO WIN BUSINESS AND LIED ABOUT ORDER!IN PLACE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, GO TO SUNDANCE FOR LIES!!!!!!!I called around San Diego County for a tire replacement last week. I chose Sundance because they promised me delivery by Monday (up to 5 days). On Monday at 1p I hadn’t received a call that the part is in or delayed beyond my given date.I call Sundance and explain the situation and am immediately lied to about what Information I was given on my first call placing the order. Kelly, the employee and MANAGER who promised prompt delivery, told me she Remembered me in the store and our conversation and that she didn’t promise that. I ordered over the phone! Liar! She laughed at me and told me she promised nothing. Even though I repeatedly mentioned my timeline on our three phone calls that order day. Lies!!When asked to speak with the owner, Luke, he was just as dismissive of my issues if not more so than Kelly and tells me it is my fault to rely on their shipping timelines and “what do you want me to do?” He laughed at me! I was stunned. No apology, no offer to expedite anything. Just grief and blame on me, the customer. I yelled shame on him and hung up.Don’t waste your time or money on these vermin.Sundance is comprised of ungrateful, slimy, backhanded, lying business people of the worst kind. DONT GO.

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my golf cart other than Sundance. I got my cart from them 2 and half years ago and everytime I call they recognize me immediately. Theyre customer service is beyond outstanding. Amanda is amazing when you call and Jeff is the wizard behind every fix or maintenance your cart needs. Thank you guys for that high level of service you offer everytime and making it always a great experience.

Jeff was awesome at repair, and Kelly who handles the phones was the sweetest. Very amazing customer treatment!I should clarify my cart was not purchased at Sundance and if it had been I don’t think I would have had a problem... I had fried my brake motor and had combed through DIY tutorials and YouTube videos, then decided to call Sundance for repair. I’m VERY HAPPY I did. Jeff pulled up and within 30 minutes diagnosed and fixed the issue. It would have taken me hours, bloody knuckles, and swear words. Very happy with the service.

I was looking for the longest time for who to go for, for a golf cart and finally chose the guys at sundance. They seemed honest, reliable and also family owned! walked in and got a quote within 10 minutes. gave them a deposit and was out the door all within 30 minutes! these guys are the best and now i cant imagine not having a golf cart.. the entire process of ordering a cart was too easy.my advice to anyone shopping for a cart: save your time & stop looking around and give your business to these guys, they absolutely deserve it. thanks again guys!

I cant say enough good things about this company and their staff! Kelly and Sabrina were so kind and helpful. They were so quick to help us today when our golf cart (from another company) broke down on us and we were in need of a rental asap. Not only did they get it dropped off same day, but Jeff took the time and fixed our golf cart which he most certainly didnt have to do! We will certainly work with this company again in the future. Highly recommend them!

We’ve owned a custom cart from Sundance for almost 2 years now and love it. We’ve written reviews on Yelp, to express our appreciation for the ongoing perfect and responsive service and help that Luke, Kelly and Jeff have provided at different times. Questions are immediately answered and service (Jeff driving to our residence to complete work onsite) is immediately scheduled. I could not recommend Sundance and their responsiveness more. We know they’ve got a lot going on as more folks are now thinking about such little pleasures at home due to the pandemic and more family time. However, the team still has time to address any aspect we’ve asked about or needed - from flat tires, to new windshields, to addressing some electrical aspects. Many thanks.

I visited a few golf cart shops in San Diego before going to sundance. Every shop I visited they were stand off-ish about how to get golf carts registered. The crew at sundance were more than helpful with giving me info. I made the mistake of purchasing a cart on craiglists and wasnt able to make it street legal. Took my cart to Sundance and Luke worked out a trade in deal with me and I was able to get a newer street legal cart and I couldnt be more happy with it. Amazing service and really good people to do business with!

My wife and I recently moved to a beach city in Southern Orange County California and love it here. Thus, we have noticed that many of our neighbors have golf carts to travel locally.We visited Sundance Custom Golf Carts, Inc. in El Cajon, Ca and noticed they did not have a showroom. It was on a Saturday and they had one employee (Luke) who took the time to show us their production, explained their process of customizing the golf cart (very impressive and very detailed).We ordered our customized golf cart with Luke and it was delivered shortly thereafter. Jeff Olson and his wife delivered it and spent time with us reviewing its operation. Jeff was very professional and diligent with his instructions. The golf cart is perfect and we simply love everything about it.Thank you for making this entire experience the BEST!

These golf carts truly upgrade the living experience in the San Diego beach communities. Highly recommend going with these guys since they offer great advice and make owning a golf cart an amazing experience! If you want to feel like you’re 16 driving a car all over again, then go get a golf cart with them! Also, their onsite technician Jeff is the best, super nice and very knowledgeable. I was stranded by a golf course in El Cajon, my back tire had become flat. Luckily God sent an Angel, Jeff from Sundance Custom Golf Carts, happen to drive by. He stopped & knew I was struggling changing into my spare tire. He really saved me, if he could help someone who isn’t a client, I could only imagine his customer service with this company. I would totally recommend them 👍🏻

The experiences Ive had with this company have been beyond frustrating. We called them out to one of our facilities because our cart was not charging. Sundance informed us that it was the charger, and charged us $500 to replace it. After receiving the charger, the golf cart still did not work. Sundance fixed it by replacing the batteries. Soooo...... we were forced to pay for batteries and the charger, even though the charger which we already had worked just fine (we pulled it out of the dumpster and its great). I should have changed vendors right then, but our other facilitys cart was having trouble charging as well. When the mechanic came out, he insisted that he take the cart with him. He said that since the cart at our other facility was misdiagnosed, it would be better to take this one back to the shop to confirm that all elements were working. We called multiple times to follow up, and finally received an inspection report and an estimate a week after they took our cart. A couple hours later, they called to add an additional $500 to our estimate. Two more weeks went by before they finally put us on the schedule to get our cart back. Then, two days before we were expecting it, they called to let us know that we also needed a new $500 charger ..!??!?!? We let them know that we would get the charger ourselves.... at this point, I just wanted my cart back.So....... they finally delivered my cart back to me this morning. And they DECIDED TO KEEP MY CHARGER (the one they claimed became broken 2 days ago) AND KEEP MY WINDSHIELD! I called Kelly right away and she informed me that they never took the windshield in the first place.... WTH. The windshield is attached, and it was certainly on the cart when they picked the cart up a month ago.The company also tried multiple times to sell me one of their carts, as a better option to having ours fixed.

Best experience buying a vehicle EVER! From the time Jeff picked up our old golf cart for repairs to Kelly explaining the cost for each repair/upgrade to our old cart to getting an education on “all things Low Speed Vehicles (LSV)“ By Luke. We received a tour of their manufacturing center with zero pressure to buy. There wasn’t a rush for us to buy but after looking at Sundance custom carts (LSV) and the reasonable prices (compared to cart companies from all over the country), we knew that it made more sense to buy a brand new cart with all the safety features and beautiful detail than getting our 2010 cart repaired - Luke even gave us the ability to trade-in our old cart!!! It was really a no-brainer! We loved the buying experience and we understood why Sundance is a Coronado favorite! Cherry on top was when Luke changed his delivery schedule to ensure our cart was delivered before heading out-of-state for a pre-planned delivery (the big rain before Easter).Thank you!!!!

Lost my business and respect. Sarah just told me they refuse to work on anything but ezgo because they dont have the tools to work on anything but ezgo. I asked for an alignment and battery check. I guess wrenches and hydrometer gauges are specific to the brand name. Good to know you dont want my money, because the next cart I purchase wont be from Sundance.
