I call this place ahead if I could return the sunglasses I bought in Texas a few days ago because I got the same one and I don’t need another same. The guy said yes I can return at his store no problem. I drove all the way to the store and he checked the sunglasses he said it’s a little damage tiny anything he saw. I had no idea what was it but I see nothing wrong on the sunglass it and the thing is I never wear the sunglasses it’s already in the case after I bought it. And I swear I never wear the sunglasses I just want to return because I don’t want the same one. He said by the policy he cannot do the return. And he suggest me to return another location because this location they don’t make much money. Like what did I do wrong here? I bought the sunglass it a few days ago and never used it and try to return but I couldn’t return as this location. So he had made of all the way to the different location and I did. Another location check my sunglasses and it looks perfect new. And that location let me do the return. I will never go back to buy sunglasses from this location.I understand the policy but I can’t believe they do this to me

I’m not one to complain but when I went feb 1 around 3:30.When I walked in I got stares and was just told” hi “ there was 3 employees not one was friendly mind you I bought 400$ sunglasses and was treated poorly.Some other girl walked in and they even walked up to her and were super nice.Horrible service I will be going to another location.

Never go to this location . Poor management. The employee are nice but the management sucks you will regret it if you go there

Terrible. Not even a hut

I was treated rudely when I tried to exchange glasses given to me by my Mother for Christmas. The glasses were much too small and didnt fit me at all. I was accused of having them for a long time, though it had only been a week. She said they were scratched, though I had only worn them once. I drove all the way out to La Mesa on my day off only to be denied a simple exchange for a bigger size. I have never felt so offended. This is terrible customer service. I went to another store and they helped me exchange my gift for the correct size without accusing me of a scam. Merry Christmas!

Bought my husband some Sun glasses on Dec 17 th for his Xmas present had them in the box until Dec 25th when he open the gift. Never worn them . Went to the store 12/29 to try to exchange them and the lady told us they couldnt take them back because they had a little scratch and dots which they didnt notice when selling. But apparently the did notice when try to exchnge .. what a policy.. Never again will purchase there.
