Worst customer service ever !!!! The girl breana was so dull and while we were shopping for rings breana and another associate were shopping for themselves instead of helping us pick out some for ourselves. This is the third time I’ve had really rude service at this location. Do not recommend going there !

The worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. I received a ring as a gift, took it out of the box for 5 seconds to try it on and was told they couldn’t exchange it for a smaller size. I explained the situation and told her it hadn’t been worn for more than 5 seconds and the girl still told me it couldn’t be exchanged because it wasn’t in “brand new condition” which it was. Will never return to this location.

I will never revisit this location. The moment the girl found out we were exchanging as opposed to purchasing, her demeanor changed and she was become very unpleasant. Had she been more friendly, we may have added a few more charms while we were there; instead, I’ve already inquired about where the next closest location is so that I never have to come here again. Priscilla, people buy from people they like. Try being nicer and maybe you’ll do better at Pandora.
