Yes I did call the place looking to purchase a specialty item. They didnt carry it and they didnt know where a person could pick it up at. I was looking to buy a door an interior door which used to be a very common size but with doors changing nobody cares that door any longer. So I called to see if I could have one made and they didnt even want to hear about it. Will I ever get those people any business my answer to that is hell no!
