I went here looking for some bbq rubs and sauces, what I got was a personalized tour through many of the best sauces you can get. The owner was more than kind in talking to me about the products and giving me info. The best thing is that you can try anything. I’ve spent plenty of money in the past thinking something will be good only to find out it isn’t. Here, you try before you buy. Awesome store, awesome staff, can’t wait to come back to get more.

Great store and superior customer service. My family bought me a pellet grill for Christmas and there was a couple of rather long scratches on it. Ron went above and beyond to make it right. He gave me a new stainless steel dome cover and even thought they had bought it one day after the promotion he honored it and gave me the rotisserie. Plus while I was there he was handing out chicken that was hot off the grill out front. I would recommend this business to anyone who want a great grill and great customer service to go with it.

This place is great! Ive been here a few times and the owner is very helpful. Im new to using a pellet grill. Even though I didnt buy my grill here (I didnt know about the store until after purchasing a smoker), he is happy to help answer questions. He has a large selection of rubs, pellets, and accessories along with a few different smokers.

I just bought a townhouse in San Diego that came with a jetted bath tub. I had no idea what to do, or how to operate, that bath tub. I called Spa Parts Depot and they were super helpful! I spoke to Ron for about 20 minutes and he educated me on the use and cleaning of the whirlpool.He is a true expert, having been in this business many years. He is very clear and has a very helpful attitude. My experience is that if you go to Spa Parts Depot they are going to have what you need and instruct you on how to do the job. They exemplify being knowledgeable and being helpful.

I called and spoke with Ron on Wednesday and asked him about a part I needed for my hot tub. While he couldnt be sure I had the correct part, I decided to order it anyway. He literally picked up the part while I was on the phone and must have shipped it as soon as we hung up. Friday afternoon the part showed up. Additionally, it was the right part and I will now have my hot tub working for the weekend. Thank you for the fast service!

Oh my gosh. Stay away. I bought a spa part for $13 and it ended up being wrong and needed the other 3 pieces of the assembly. Called 4 times for help. Excuse after excuse. After 5 days I gave up went to Escondido to get the correct all 4 pieces of the assembly for $9. El Cajon part is In the trash. Big waste of time. Hope you can improve.

Best place to by all your BBQ grilling needs! Ron is so wonderful and full of knowledge on the best pellet grills. They sell Traeger grills as well as others and all the pellets in tins of flavors!My favorite part was when he let me sample and smell some of the spices and rubs. You can tell hes a total grill master and has tons of passion for helping everyone else be.Oh yeah..mthey also sell spas, hot tubs and all those parts too.

I searched all day for a company that would overnight parts for a Saturday delivery. This company was the only one I could find that would do it. The girl that answered the phone was great, she verified the parts were in stock from her computer and made it a really easy transaction. A few hours later a worker named Ron called me and said that one of the parts was actually out of stock when he went to pull the order. He then worked with us very professionally to come up with an alternative part that he and his techs believed would work. The parts arrived as scheduled and Rons alternative solution worked! We are very glad they were there to help. We bought a used hot tub for our new house and were very disappointed when it quit working after one day. If it hadnt been for Spa Parts Depot, we might have had to wait another week to get it working. Thank you so much to Ron and the techs, and the customer service rep who answered (sorry, I forgot your name). A+ customer service and shipping!

I just got a text from you guys? I never been here before n didnt know this place existed. I dont even eat meat. So obviously i dont needs parts for a grill. Im a vegetarian. I also dont need parts for spas because I dont own one. How did this company have my number? I did called and the guy who answered (Ron)was very nice n professional and he told me he had no idea. He told me He was going to look into it because They didnt send the text I send n looked my number in their system n no, my number was not in their system. Took more than a month to get the parts in. Even though we were told it would take a week. When we first ordered our spa coverlifter we were told the measurements needed for it to fit. Which would have fit our hot tub. Then we finally get the coverlifter in and it doesnt fit. They will not refund us our money. I will never shop at this place again and I will make sure that everyone else that i know doesnt either. I have no idea how this place is still in business.

These clowns sold us a refurbished hot tub (1st mistake). They oversold us on chemicals that we didnt need. They promised us to help set it up---they never showed; no instructions were provided to set the control panel...I requested help just to get a basic familiarity of it because the buttons didnt match the functions that they controlled; their repair guy was no help, in fact hes a total creep. The refurbishments of this hot tub were sub par...the one-way valves were blocked, the ozonizer has never worked, and a pump coupling developed a leak after a couple of months because instead of being replaced, it had been repaired with a hose-clamp! I had to replace the air-diverter bubbler control valve myself and after I went back to them, they gave me the wrong part. After less than 2 years of owning this hot tub, now its got some electrical issue and it just starts & stops and wont run continuously like it normally should. These guys are bad news, they are frightfully incompetent and they dont deserve anyones business. Stay Away! You have been warned. My rating is 1 star but I would vote negative 5 stars if I could...they are that pathetic of an outfit to deal with.******UPDATE***** A reputable spa repair service just checked out our refurbished hot tub sold to us by Spa Parts Depot and it was discovered that the main circuit board literally melted down---poor wiring connections inside were made with only electrical tape and very, very poor workmanship---A complete botch-job....Im extremely lucky this disaster-waiting-to-happen didnt burn my house down. Im pretty infuriated by this whole experience, as you might have suspected. Beware!!!

If your a BBQ fanatic, your going to stay a while. Talk to Ron, your will learn a lot! They do monthly tastings and are going to start BBQ classes too.

Do not recommend this company,I order parts Wednesday emergency situation, and pay extra for shipping 2nd day delivery 32.96 and when I call Friday afternoon about order status they told me we are sorry but we will ship your order today, They only looking for money from customers and do not care about your order, I just cancel order and I waste my 4 days for nothing,please do not waste your time, no communication ever about my order and when I did call customer service very not professional and not helpful, I do not recommended this company online orders.
